The two who were charged for drowning a cat, they said that they wanted to put the cat out of its misery,but that in no way is acceptable. I have quite a number of animals and from time to time have had to put some down, for one reason or another, but I would never think of attempting to drown them. It takes a very cold hearted person to do what they did.

Too young a deputy

Young deputy in Wisconsin was too immature to handle the responsiblity of a weapon. It looks like he got upset and just started shooting. Law enforcement needs to give extensive training and checking of their mental capacity before they allow these youngsters to acctually carry a weapon.
