Sorry about this guys but it seems my EX still has issues with me.  He claims he doesn't want to have to talk to me, agrees we have to communicate to each other about our son. Yet will only awknowledge it through a phone call. I've emailed him with information concerning our son, but he has so conviently forwarded any emails from me to his trash folder. That way, "I didn't get any email from you, I don't know what your talking about" can be used. So bear with me for a while, we must play our childish games.

Jim,

Don't unblock my email Jim, I'll still keep sending you info on Daniel. If anything I'll just post it all on my blog, that way I'll not only have the date and time on the email that I sent to you,  but it will also be time stamped on the blog which I save everything on there anyway.    I don't want to talk to you Jim, and tonight is a perfect example of why. The judge said we had to communicate with each other about Daniel, he didn't say how we had to communicate. Let's face it, if you really didn't want to talk to me you wouldn't have my emails blocked. Notice your address isn't blocked on my end, because I would rather communicate through emails.   Do what you have to do Jim, but I've already moved on. I refuse to let you get under my skin ever again. The next time I have an issue concerning Daniel, I will email you. You can not and will not force me to call you.

Sorry you have to go through that mess, however it still sounds like Jim gets under your skin. How could it not? No one should use their children for any other reason than to love and enjoy. They are not bartering chips to be used as a tool to cause the other parent grief. So Jim stop it and think of the welfare of your son. Works4me, dont you just hate it when people mess with your kids? I hope you both can come to terms and stop playing games. I feel for you, I can imagine the frustration.

Thank you, it really is very fustrating. I've been pretty good about not letting him get under my skin. Unfortunately he catches me at the right time, and manages to do it. Tonight I tried to tell him the issue we have been having concerning Daniel's homework. Midway he cuts me off, and reprimands me for not saying "hello" to him. My God how childish is that?

Anyway, thanks again.

Oh, ya know, he just wants to play games. Sad that it is at your sons expense. Why does he think you have to say hello? You arent calling for him you are calling for your sons interest. If he is gonna be like that I just would not include him in everything and only contact him when absolutely necessary. Maybe you can keep a tape or some kind of record of your phone calls so that if he tries to use stuff against you that you can prove that you in fact tried to keep him informed but how difficult he made it for you (for the courts, I dont know if he gets that vindictive?)

It's sad when adults can't act like adults. Sometimes communicating through attorneys is the best way to go.

I recently lost my older brother Steve to lung cancer. My father told him when he was a child to take care of his little sister. And he never stopped, we couldn't have been closer had we been twins. He would have been 49 this month. My outlook on life now more than ever is, life is way to short don't sweat the small stuff. Laugh your way through life. If you don't feel you have anything to laugh about, pray to your God to provide you with something to laugh about. But more importantly have faith that he will provide you with all your needs. R.I.P. Steve, I love you! March 20, 1958 - Feb 22, 2007
