THIS MORNING ON THE NEWS I HEARD ABOUT HOW US AIRWAYS IN NOW CHARGING FOR EVERYTHING-$2 FOR SODA/WATER, $15 FOR THE FIRST PIECE OF CHECKED LUGGAGE. WHO DO THESE PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE? US AIRWAYS IS THE WORST AIRLINE OUT THERE AND MORE AND MORE PEOPLE ARE CHOOSING OTHER AIRLINE CARRIERS FOR THEIR FLIGHT TRAVELS. THIS AIRLINE ALREADY HAS A BAD REPUTATION FOR LATE FLIGHTS ON A REGULAR BASIS (AND THAT IS DURING THE SUMMER TIME WHEN WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE NOT A FACTOR), RUDE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS AND NOT TO MENTION HOW THESE IDIOTS ARE ALWAYS LOSING THEIR PASSANGERS LUGGAGE. ONE WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD OFFER PERKS AND INCENTIVES TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO FLY WITH US AIRWAYS AND REGAIN THEIR TARNISHED IMAGE, BUT I GUESS THEY DO NOT CARE. TO US AIRWAYS IT IS ABOUT THEM MAKING MONEY AND THERE GREEDY CEO MAKING HIS MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN SALARY AND BONUSES.
I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT YOU, BUT US AIRWAYS HAS BEEN MY LAST CHOICE FOR AN AIRLINE CARRIER FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS DUE TO THEIR DECLINE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY. WHENEVER I FLY, I ALWAYS BOOK THROUGH SOUTHWEST AIRLINES. THEY HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, FLIGHT ATTENDANTS AND EVEN IN INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS, THEY STILL MANAGE TO KEEP THEIR FLIGHTS ON SCHEDULE. THEY ALSO STILL OFFER FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAMS AND MANY OTHER PERKS AND INCENTIVES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS SUCH AS GREAT DISCOUNTS ON RENTAL CARS AND HOTELS.
I GIVE IT A COUPLE OF YEARS AND US AIRWAYS WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND NICLE AND DIME FOR EVERYTHING. WHAT IS NEXT FOR THEIR ASSININE CHARGES------START CHARGING PASSENGERS TO USE THE BATHROOM ($5.00 EACH TIME) TIOLET PAPER ($1.00). WATER TO WASH HANDS ($1.00), SOAP ($.50). PAPER TOWEL TO DRY HANDS ($1.00).
IT WILL ONLY BE A MATTER ON TIME BEFORE THESE IDIOTS AT US AIRWAYS ARE OUT OF BUSINESS AND I AM SURE NOBODY WILL MISS THOSE GREEDY BASTARDS!!!
