So who will be mayor what will the new mayor offer to the community.

If nobody sais anything not to many mayors have brung up the fire department of the security of the philadelphia area beside the homicide rate.

To everyone who has a computer and has ways to be online lets talk bout the homicide rate in philly and why folks want to not step up and speak and who r scared to call 911 when they see a problem or drug acitivity in there neigbhorhoods?
