Well if you were the adult would you stand your child out in the cold with a sign:  Sounds like    poor role  modeling to me   the child got the smokes  took them in  'his' room and was merely imitating   wut  the parent did....   Bottom line I  take sides with the kids in this video, sounds like frustration to the max......parent sitting in warm car and kid in the cold   FOR  HOW LONG ???   bet  she was smoking !!!

the poor kids must  be littled  to the point of  embarrassment, belittling a child doesn't work but may cause extreme anger in later life !!!    Get  HELP  for the MOM   p l e a s e.

Obviously, a high up decision was made regarding the suspension.,....kinda like  'guilty by association,'  or   those students  who THREW it away perhaps shoulda  taken a first hand step up to the proper Chain of Command  !

Every school should have when this sorta incident happens!!!  Where did they throw it to?  Down the john, in the waste basket, perhaps evidence of not having  flushed  makes them appear guilty, the burden of proof bein on EXAMPLE...whatta  lesson to be learned...A hard pill to swallow if you really  did  get suspended for somethin U  DIDN'T  DO? Thats what lawyers are for...

Vicodin is for REAL  pain, such as fractured ribs, or herniated disk, if you don't have the  fracture,  pain killers  are not for kicks and can cause serious side affects. Perhaps kids need to know that from little up....but there are always  those  sensational public   RAVE parties  on movies,  that parents should  monitor, its hard to monitor these days with internet...DVD's  so much the IN  thing to watch... 

Kids don't know what to do when this is offered to them, except by NO DRUG  education in fifth grade, which I am a prude on...cause if they don't know, then they   WILLl know about  such things....kinda like sex education, well,  IS THIS WHAT  WE"RE  SPOSED TO KNOW  and is it acceptable...Family values at home stressed,  with the WELL, lets wait til  they're older, attitude...

And I decided to 'let' others do the voting due to my Q-West homeline moving me on from the 866 to another number which woulda  charged me  -  letss   see  - They said. " $5.95 and we'll put the call thru,"... so I decided Q-West had all the money they needed from me... 

It has been my firm belief that if we voted for our least favorite the end result would become more fair cause that would leave  nine favorites  to choose from,  etc.  AS it is set up   you can vote many  many times for the one person you have chosen and that is not a FAIR  ELECTION ,  so I watch from a third party  viewpoint...my rocking chair.

Listening to the debate from both sides on the Sunday licquor stores being able to open and the bitty ounces of marijuana, I am steamed.  Honor the Sabbath Day to keep it holy.

Perhaps we should have a debate on what is holy.

The poor Mike Twirt  just cannot understand why arrests are still being made for the possession of marijuana!,  So, as the green card - medical marijuana business with the gov. stepping into growers of over 100 plants to bring them to trial, etc.  Marijuana growing is a business, just like any other..He says, ' The state police are still making arrests.'

 He understands the state and governemental laws haven't made marijuana use legal..?  "We are getting so much controversy, he just cannot understand it? "  For those of us who don't smoke, we understand.  Legal cigaret smoking is at a high level of DON'Ts. So someone passes, by the way, its okaye to have a bitty amount on ya...what about the second hand effects, to the household environment, children, for those of you who have children...impaired drivers..Smokin pot gives you the false sense of alertness, you think you have, but  ah  ha  ...really you don't...trips up your sensory systems, causes asthma, chronic health problems...you haven't been diagnosed with yet...wait another decade.

Do you really think gettin high on pot is safer than gettin off the tea kettle and into alcohol abuse? No. It is not. You cannot tell me these users do anymore than a drug addict to smoke to relax, doze off, or to have a good time.. Who got shot in Denver?  Is that one solved yet... Marijuana use is addictive, same as caffiene,  or alcohol, if used in too large of amounts. He would argue the bitty ounce is legal...well, where does the stuff come from- in larger amounts, cann't be growin miniature plants to sell miniature doses..  can  we????  .JUST CARRY smaller amount so you don't get busted...WHAT is he thinkin! What is Denver thinking?

Individual tolerance should come into play here. Each of us has their own tolerance for 'medical' marijuana usage....plants running at a $5,000.00 investment. The same is for individual tolerance/taste for licquor:  beer, tecquila, Jack Daniels, Gin, rum,  you name it. The person who cannot drink a glass of wine after dinner and call it quits may need to admit that, by the way, perhaps, I am consuming too much! And, by the way,  the more I consume,the  more I need, and when I don't have it, do I get the shakes??? perhaps, the nastier I may get to go do somethin really crazy - like have a wreak, or not recall where you been or with whom?  Its a steppin stone to the really hard stuff...any fifth grade student can tell you that from the NO DRUG  classes in schools.

Tell me its a good thing to sell licquor on Sunday and smoke a bit of pot, and I will tell you why the world is goin astray.

Mothers againt drunk drivers have their own sad tales. Women of drunken alcoholic husbands have their sad tales of domestic abuse when the occasional beer turns into a weekend binge...blackouts and beatings!  [which they may say they don't recall]  Wake up...Pot is not safer, To me, it is even more stupid. It makes you do stupid things.. It takes our liver half hour to digest the booze.The world is full of autistic and children with Attention Deficit Disorder, learning disabilities. How many studies are made of the parents to say: " Who Did the drugs?"  my father, my grandmother???

      Did you ever see someone with brain damage from alcohol ? Loss of bodily organ function is a sign of the abuse. Kidney failure and heart attacks are no fun....to you young ones who cannot foresee old-age creepin in.  No one can imagine the sad tales of nurses who have taken care of  people goin thru d.t.'s  [delirium tremors] the shakes, etc.!   DId you ever see someone try to jump out a two story window cause the spiders and snakes were after them?  I have.  D.T.'s  or alcohol withdrawal will bring it on.  Sober up people and get a reality cheak. the pushers are the ones who lookin for the profits, not the users.  AND  YOU  if you are using are going to be the ones who die too young!

If a person is driving and smokin their pot, you cannot tell me their judgements not impaired!    Where is the studies on this one?  Confess up!  How many accidents and deaths will it take to quit? Sometimes, only when  'the train wreak'  happens in your family, or to your friends, do you stop.

Denver has made its own bed. When some should be bowing their head in shame, not nodding off from gettin high. Did you ever see sleep apnea? Ask that person if they done a lotta pot?

 NO licquor should be sold on Sunday. Customer satisfaction to keep people healthy.

 Honor the sabbath day to keep it holy... TO KEEP IT HOLY. 

The excuse is that:  "You see two working people need the sunday to shop and rest." Really, is that a logical excuse?  Most of us have eight hour jobs, plenty of time to go to the store  six days a week,  you think?  So,  really what is this world coming too?

I believe marijuana is just a steppping stone to the hard ones: Crack, Coke, Speed, and Heroin.  I bet there are others who say the same...esp those in the medical field!

     SN  says:  "No, this time he won't"               further comments documented in texts, Vmails  et   et:               psyco.....BLEEP  personal testimony how she referred to HG  as a hag...

after the break-up the defendant was desperate to get [their] new cell

number...clinging to IG  -  she  had " a constant need to blame HG   for Shaunas inability to get  {Ig to herself]   { As the commentator, -spcasm-} I  do   believe that...she was into  this  loyalty thing  to her...like:  'R U  gonna stand by me" phone call to KN after her arrest???

The phone conversation is in the  closing argument  done Today, February  29, 2008   Leap Year... not   from  an admitted exhibit:  [this is to Ken and Shaunas' voice and Kens}    < I have heard this  live  recording of Kn  and SN     in person twice and now online:>

I had enuff of this problem'   she say., HG took her dau to her sis Wendy and did not come back til 18th,.DEC.. - IG  and defendant met up that day and went to jackson hole in Ft. Collins...." The pros says:  Did I know have the opportunity to win over Ig..."  he presented SN  as  'thinking...???   [in court room the statement woulda been objected, overruled, and all that as   what I am not clear, but perhaps it must be allowed now...or he wouldn't be verbalizing this now...

The phone records of over 7,000 call were looked at by SN,  IG HG, Cr Union,  all the numbers and changed number.s  ..One phone record admitted was:

"SN  response is  [u  R  gonna pay}  to HG  home number."  wit  correct time, date.

The PROS goes on with clarity: 'what happens next:  the DOR  hearing...Ig comes outta hearing!   SN wants to hear this face to face apparently by the 19th  she wants to hear this statement of  break-up    FACE  TO FACE...He tells her:  'WE'RE  DONE!'

later on 19th  e-mail  starts...".U  R  your mothers' son' " from  SN 

       In the meantime, HG and IG have agreed to 'share' all e-mails,  texts,   SN is persistent.thou....and HG  and IG have agreed to share all these contacts...per agreement of their reconciliation;   -[ no mention of HG  getting a third installment of an inheritance at this time in their lives...spcasm] 

The  PROS  goes on:  'a bizairre behavior to call on home phone of IG  and HG  calls on xmas when she knew they were in Florida....The Pros states:..further:...

"I really need to talk, please call me.'   call made..on Jan  5th..."  additinal  texting:

"It all makes sense to me now   why yo     -    prefer  the vanilla and fat..."  from SN  to IG

The pros states at this time:  " Fifteen minutes later    she calls," I left you a voice mail...."

Defendant knew  HG  wasn't there .' SN  is a person to double cheak everything. The pros. states. '

There's   " no further need to contact me or my father...please remove me from your e-mail "  made  a week prior to murder.  now  .....wut happens?  pros goes on.

Fifteen minutes later she calls  IG's  father...

four days later KN  says  the letter came in from the attorney over custody..

A lotta testimony from KN  also  MM  {who were subpeoned by the court and guaranteed immunity under certain conditions. - the jury couldn't allow some of the things said to affect their decision...or somethin like that...I am no pro at this court trial business..-spcasm.--esp.  one with such an outcome  of murder One.

the def calls MM... twice  HG  except...on the 22nd   HG goes home from work early..the  plan has been hatched and is in motion..."  sometime the next  afternoon   go to g. scount thing - MM's birthday  supper is been planned for weeks.

 -go to mcD and Starb -   SN gives MM  crushed  ambian to put in KN  drink...He didn't drink it...perhaps SN had the lax/coffee in her own drink -{ my way of joking...from whomever to get even for her obnoxious, sometimes cruel pranks to 'scare' people  by her own admission.....jee   whiz   here..I am thinkin! -spcasm.}

SN  admits she makes these phone calls  SN says she was ck. on status of her bank closure...She'd driven by the bank - didn't see a truck there..that changed the plan.  states PROS  further ...she drives MM home...she would do it next day..."  HG was not at  the bank

Fifteen minutes    'after she kills HG ' she is stopped in her husb trk.   Co State Cr Union   state level person testified re:  the video of the black shawdow and trk going around...with time entries...[test . also was done by FD  sales person to identify this vehicle as FD F 250...

a woman trying to disguise her voice.. the witness said.....a  testify . later. of the  shoes...Black shoes  white sole...he saw her run    wobble/ joggle, if you will.. ...a heavy set  and wobbled  away... [MM: weights 110 lbs..}     

 DK  green FD truck with blue plates...from a distance they look one color from a distance...this is DK green and BLK  ..says the PROS  further...

The Tire Treads  were unique and an expert testified re:  snow    and rock in certain place..{.who does this for a living at $5000 fee exp. in detail in trial how it was divided.}

He nailed it too:   FRED BROWN  has the experience to identify truck. [in video] by the ATM   after blk.. shawdowey figure is  show in close up to only the jury...here.

SN could see in HG  window  against the front sidewalk  - across from the ATM   the pros...states further..

12 of you will deliberate and make decisions in this case  re:  elements..

Six of you may say   you  agree..  - Six  of may say  disagree  -on that  theories...as long as you agree it was the defendant  who did it... it is most important....agreement..

So wuts plausible folks? re: swapp  gun   [She had glok  and she put it in KN  holster that day...testimoney  to effect says...gun of KN  was identifable with skate board tape on the gripper } by  GPD  personnel who saw the gun...I heard this one-spcasm..}

When he heard his wifes name called out he knew a bit before ,   she wouldn't answer from the locked bedroom door...his kids were in basement...

KN  reached in from drivers side of truck..  ...He testified I saw a man walk a round  get in truk  get in cherokee and drive off...KN  doesn't recall opening  the doors...et   et  et     He goes on when yhour own children are involved it is terrifying for police officers.. Mike  Trill says:  how door was open, keys in ignition , still running   Halsey, Cal  - had been  standing by the open door between KN  and to 'protect'    KN  from harming SN  ...in state of shock...it is possible the kdn  907  is not the murder weapon....
MM  had talked at great length re:  dna  leaving false clues..driving kens truck, they - the def.  coulda rigged up the bag to catch the shell casing...Shauna had access to KD 907   and ammmo in the truck...recall the underwear, and KN  BLK  track pants...

The defendant is the most unlucky person in the  The ....ten month old child in basement while she left to get some licquor...the    killer  would have to know she was goin without shoes in the winter, walkin in the slush.  get outta parkin lot , go to a store.. { a bit of  drama at this point, I believe }  In the closing argument this kinda testifmony must be introduced as argumentative...

I THOUGHT IT WOULD ONLY TAKE A FEW MOMENTS TO DROP IN AS THE PUBLIC IS /HAS A DUTY TO SEE HOW SUCH MOMENTS IN TIME PROGRESS, ALONG WITH THE POLITICAL PROCESS INVOLVED. AS I GOT INSIDE, THE MOMENT OF THE TRUTH HIT ME: THIS IS NOT A KANGAROO COURT AND THE DEFENSE ATTORNEY HAS A WAY OF TALKING IN CIRCLES   THAT I FOUND INTERESTING ! AT FIRST, HOW SHE FOUND A WAY TO REPEAT WHAT WAS SAID, THEN GO AFTER THE REPETITION IN A REPETTITIVE MANNER, ALMOST TO ONES' LISTENING AGGRAVATION. WITH  TIME BEING  IMPORTANT TO SOME OF US, NOT TO BE INVOLVED IN A BUNCH OF GYRATIONS;  GHASTLY TALES OF WHAT WAS WITNESSED, WITH VAGUE DETAILS  BARELY INSISTING ON THE PROPER TIME, PLACES, ETC.  NOTHING MUCH LEFT TO THE IMAGINATION...SORDID TESTIMONY BROUGHT IN, SO THAT I THOUGHT I MAY HAVE TO LEAVE AT ANY MOMENT, BUT  FEARING MY LEGS WOULD  GIVE WAY TO THE SILENCE, T.V. CAMERAS IN CONSTANT MOTION!

    JURERS WITH SUCH A WIDOWS LOOK AS POKER-FACE AS ONE COULD MUSTER, WHILE THE ACCUSED SAT SMILING, GRACIOUSLY COMPLEMENTING ONE ANOTHER WITH QUIET WHISPERS, ALMOST PHYSICAL SHOULDER -PATTING, GIVING AN AIRE' OF :  'ALL IS WELL, DON'T FRET, DEAR' !   THIS IS DAY ONE OF MY OBSERVANCES.

THE DEFENSE  FIRST DAY I OBSERVED; HAVE COVERED THE FACT OF THE SHOOTERS, DESCRIBED AS 'THEM' BY THE DEFENSE...TO MY AGGRAVATION WHEN OBVIOUSLY ONLY ONE PERSON  IS PRESENT????   ..FOR THE TRIAL...WHERE DOES SHE GET THIS THESE   AND  THEM  ARRANGEMENTS SHE IS VERBALIZING...MY GOODNESS, ITS A GOOD THING, I AM JUST AN OBSERVOR.

SO DAY TWO SHOWED MORE AUTHORITY, IN MY OPINION, FROM THE PROSECUTION THAT THIS WAS NOT INDEED, A KANGAROO  COURT! OUTRAGEOUSLY,  A VERY  SERIOUS MATTER WHERE MANY TEXT MESSAGES, E-MAILS, WERE ENTERED AS EXHIBITS  TODAY...  TAKING ONES BREATH AWAY AT THE _____ OF SOME OF THEM  SHOWN WITHOUT SO MUCH AS A WINCH FROM OUR  AUDIENCE AS TO  THE HEADY CONTENT?  COULD IT BE  FRUSTRATIONS OF A JILTED FEMALE WHO DIDN'T WISH TO BOW OUT SO EASILY :     THIS  IS  'MY' OPINION- MIND YOU- NOT THE JURERS, CAUSE THEY WILL INEVITABLEY HAVE THE FINAL SAY-SO.

THE ATTORNEY WERE WITHOUT HEART ON THE EXACT TIME THE FEMALE IN QUESTION ACTUALLY   ABSORBED THE FACTS THAT THE WIDOW HAD MADE A VERY FIRM DECISION TO RECONCILE, TELLIN THE  'SANCHO' IN BRIEF:

         "we're  DONE!"     

         Having said so much myself in those        two,     tiny  words      of a relationship that is not goin  ANY where good.....that he was to reconcile with his wife, be open , forward any further contacts to each other in the matter of being ope:,  not  LIEING  re:   the physical aggressions that had occured  in the countryside, or openly in a bar....where surely some persons who are co-workers often meet  'after the workday'  and nothing of major consequences is thought of it.  TODAY - These people were raked over the coals as to where and when and what occurred in a  very personal matter, with no regard to whether or not a person   would be committing what is the usual moral dilema when was has an affair outside of a long-term marriage.  A CLEAR PICTURE ?  WAS BEING  DESCRIBED AS TO A JILTED  WOMAN...

       Having been a single lady/widow at a young  age, I got used to the advances of married men who wished to have no more than a fling in the hay, goin home to 'mama' for the most part, and considering  their finances too strappped  to possibly  'consider'  'leaving  the 'mama'  at home  OR HELPING   'me'  financially !!!!

a news commentator in Rome stated that citizens were burning their trash in the yards due to a  FULL  city...with no more room for NEW trash... landfills FULL-full every where...She stated someone called the   'g - o- m .o rr he a'   has been taking in trash from Northern Italy for so long there is nowhere new to put it. A large amount of money is collected for this 'service.'

Fields are full, leaving people to burn trash in  their yards, alleys, ditches, so the citizens fearing a disease spread such as the plague are burning openly . Nothin like passin along the service to the general population.

The biggest fear is plastic fumes from the burning is going to contaminate the Mozzerelliiii.....processed!  The European union has protested the cheese may become contaminated from the fume- filled air.
