alls   fair in love and war, but politics and those   'hate'  commercials get the prize......

WHATTA  TURN  OFF  it is to see the commercial that our  Rep. candidate for PRES  has   aired on the fox  station:   blaming Obama for the high price of oil.....whatta   jerk  head  to even  declare such a  statement....if any of the public has an education on the  subject of    rotten,  tomato  throwing  commercials,  this gets the prize.

..ONE  MAN  doesn't make decisions  about  taxes.

Obama is busy rallying overseas views, support, along with  raising campaign monies   for his upcoming democratic  'campaign'....et. along with getting political views from the 'opponents' /  free countries overrun with terrorist legions...or countries wishing to be FREE. He is  being pro-active!

What it says about  the  'John '  campaign  is  truely   disgusting - Free  elections   with   support   goin and/or wishing to vote for a third party candidate just   so a name-thrower won't get elected....  MY  opinion!!!!  My  vote   is already for Obama  and  that view is not goin to be influenced by  dirty-laundry throwing  commercials for the uneducated.

Talking about disgusting. Obama, in Berlin, gave away free beer and brats. The press showed pictures of people so happy with Obama they were dancing in the street. Only the pic shows a man apparently so drunk he couldn't walk. So go ahead and vote for the leader of the slezzzz

Obama and the rest of the liberals ARE to blame for the oil prices, spcasm. Gas was $2 a gallon when Pelosi, Reid, and the rest of the usual suspects took power less than two years ago.

They don't need to throw any mud, they just have to report the facts about B. Hussein.

I read that Obama's political contributions from Germany outpace McCain's by a 10-to-1 margin. How does that make you feel, knowing that foreign countries are deciding the outcome of OUR election?

How does it make you feel, knowing that Barry Hussein is ALLOWING them to?

spcasm- read Marilyn's blog on Democrats Against Drilling by the Wall Street Journal. That is what the ad is referring to- the general concensus, supported vocally by Obama, to impede our oil supply and market system. You say you have your mind made up, but as I have always found you to be fair and thoughtful in the past, I would beg you to challenge your paradigm and look a little further into what O and the Dems have been up to. I'm a Dem, BTW, and I think O is the biggest opportunist and threat to our way of life we have ever faced. ANYBODY but Obama for President. Thanks for listening.

Spcasm, may I ask why you are voting for Obama? I'm not challenging you- I'm really interested, because I obviously feel as strongly against him as you do for him, and I am curious.

And I must say, both candidates go for the party line soundbites to appeal to lesser informed voters, like saying that the Bush tax cuts were only for those making 250K and up- that is a MONUMENTAL LIE perpetrated by O and the Dems. I am not uneducated, though, and I will not infer that you are, either.

I keep hoping that we'll get a last minute Independent deserving of a vote. I'm tired of the "lesser of two evils" way of looking at things. If we don't, I can't vote at all. And I really don't like that.

jteamaz--you're right.
spcasm--Obama can share the blame with a whole political party, the DUMMYCRATS, starting with the likes of Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi.

First Obama isn't to blame on the price of oil the republicans are and here's what supports it george bush come's from an oil family him like his father have been getting rich off of oil for years now and they both make billions of dollars off of it and they have both drained other country's oils how you fiqure this is before bush was in office gas price's where less and that's because our goverment didn't go oversea's to get it but once he was elected bush decide to drain other country's for oil so he could payless for it and charge people here more on gas in the reason why is so that he could get richer in that's one of the reason's gas price are as high as they are is because of greedy bush so it's not really right just assuming that he stopped the drilling in saying rising price of fuel there is no evidence that he's doing it for those reasons maybe he wants drilled so the prices don't keep going up on the fuel.

And there's a good possiblity they want it drilled here in the united states so that the fuel prices don't keep sky rocking.

It's more of a supply and demand thing than a political thing, rbickford.

The demand for oil from China and India has skyrocketed in the last few years, where they have no problem drilling 30 miles offshore of their own Country. Our liberal Congress won't allow us to drill our own oil, while China drills our oil right off of our coast (and keeps it, of course).

You see, China and India have children to feed and economies to build (like we don't), and they don't have liberals taxing everything that moves.

If supply goes down, price goes up.

When Bush took office gas was $1.50. In the first six years of his Presidency, the price of gas rose $.50 a gallon, or about 8 cents a year.

Once the liberals took charge of Congress, gas prices doubled in less than two years, at a rate of ONE DOLLAR PER YEAR.

Do the math, dude.

rbickford have you ,at all, check who's ALSO benefiting from high oil prices? Have you even done the research on that dude??????? Many wealthy DEMOCRATS and loony ENVIRONMENTALIST (who are getting tips from those democrats) are dropping on their knees and singing "GIVE US MORE ! GIVE US MORE!!!!.....,ok dude??

and plus I'm the type of person that happens to think cars shoundn't been invented because they cause green house gas and things that operate this fuel for starters it's bad on the environment and plus there are or things it give's alot people the excuse to be lazy and not only that there's also things to also thats on the environment freon like exemple R12 fuel and old air conditoner unit's and me personally I get around to must places on a bicycle there uses a different of fuel your body's energy.

P.S. to many people use stuff car's or some type vehicicle to get around to places that short distances and thats an exemple of being lazy.

Obama thinks he has got the entire nation fooled. Only an idiot would truly vote him in for President of the United States. If you love your country and you don't want to sell us out, vote for McCain. He may not have the pretty face but he founght for us to have the right to do what we are doing right now. He is one of us so please support the real hero and the undercovered Presidential nominee. Do you realize pretty faces get all the coverage and we wonder why people don't realize people's worth in the character and the wisdom of a person anymore. Now you understand why Obama gets ALL the publicity. Disgusting and going to say it to all my friends in Texas until McCain is our next President. Cindy McCain beats Michelle Obama hands down. Come on people

Never doubt the power of prayer and thanksgiving...for The U.S. of A. ....also thankful for any time that I would be able to spend with my grandchildren who are really really scattered.. ..all busy with their own lives. Sing with a grateful heart, God Bless America. And thanks to those defending it.
