According to Pat Shannan, (assistant editor, American Free Press, July 7, 2008) it now appears that Barack Obama is constitutionally ineligible for the office of president. John McCain's eligibility was established in 1964, when courts ruled Sen. Barry Goldwater was eligible although he was born in Arizona when it was a territory, not a state. McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone when it was a U.S. territory.

And, even as the controlled media continues to ignore the ineligibility of Obama, it will not go away. While few doubt that the Democrats will manage to pull off his nomination, all remain poised to view the legal performance.

The first hurdle will be having Obama produce his birth certificate, which so far he has refused to do, and prove that he was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961, as he has always claimed. There is speculation that his American mother may have brought him to Honolulu shortly after his birth in Kenya, but no proof of that has been shown.

According to the law on the books at the time of Obama's birth, the office of president requires that a candidate be a natural born citizen if the child was not born to two U.S. citizen parents. Since he was not, should it be proven that Obama was not born in Hawaii, as claimed, he is ineligible without further debate. But assuming that he was born there, he has another problem.

According to a legal researcher who has contacted AFP, U.S. law very clearly states: "If only one parent is a U.S. citizen at the time of one's birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for a minimum of 10 years, five of which must be after the age of 16." And therein lies Obama's new problem.
Barack Obama's father was never a U.S. citizen. Interestingly, there isn't much paperwork on the marriage of Obama's parents, and this has a few researchers spe culating that it never took place at all. On page 27 of Obama: From Promise to Power, David Mendell writes: "Obama later confessed that he never searched for the government documents on the marriage, although Madelyn (Obama's maternal grandmother) insisted they were legally married." He also notes that Obama's father apparently was not legally divorced from his first wife back in Kenya at the time, a point of contention that ultimately led to their separation. This also would suggest that there may never have been any legal marriage by Obama's parents at all, but the Constitution does not ban an illegitimate child from the White House, as long as he was born inside the U.S.

Obama's mother was born in Kansas and was only 18 when Obama was born. This means even though she satisfies the citizen requirement for 10 years, she was not a citizen for at least five years prior to Barack Obama's birth. In essence, the mother alone is not old enough to qualify her son for automatic U.S. citizenship. At most, two years elapsed from his mother turning 16 to the time of Barack Obama's birth when she was 18. His mother would have needed to have been 16 + 5 = 21 years old at the time of Barack Obama's birth for him to be a natural-born citizen. Barack Obama was already three years old at the time his mother turned 21.

Technically, Obama should have been naturalized as a citizen, but that, of course, would disqualify him from holding the office of president. If these allegations are, accurate, America could install in January of 2009 a new president who is not even a U.S. citizen, neither born nor naturalized.

      It should be demanded that Obama produce his 1961 Hawaiian birth certificate.
      If he cannot satisfactorily do so, he should be deemed immediately ineligible to hold the office of president.

So is it just another farse from our Liberal friends, or has CNN predicted the future?

Well... I think it they are just trying to get everyone "worked up" for nothing. And notice how the "President" of The United States of America is white in their show - set in the future (2009) - this either means CNN doesn't believe Obama will win, CNN is RACIST (heaven forbid someone sue CNN for being a "racist"), or maybe CNN has ties with the presidential elections (rigged them, etc)...

But seriously look at this - I thought it might be a good discussion. I watched the show last night - it made me laugh; because at the same time on Fox News (national news) they were talking about how we did have oil, and there is still more left, and that bio-fuels are making headway.

So it's CNN and their Liberal Farse (this show); or the reporting that Fox News did which is just normal reporting; and not some dramatic storyline/prediction.

VOTE NO ON EVOLUTION in this Tuesday's ballot for the state of Florida. Our
state wants to force public schools to brainwash our children with on part of
"science", making our children narrow minded. What is this you ask?

Its that they want to teach Evolution, and evolution only. Which should not be
the case. If evolution is taught, then Intellgent Design should also be taught.
Teach both, or have the school choose - but please don't take away our rights
and force us to teach evolution.

Whats up with that Mr. VanFleet?

Have you ever thought about how safe you really are sharing your roads with large tanker trucks loaded with gasoline!

We all know the risk gasoline poses for fire and combustion, but did you know you can die from the affects of a gasoline spill without there even being a fire!

Many people have suffocated after a ruptured gasoline tanker has lost its load! Gasoline contains no oxygenates and can lead to a situation where the fumes can draw all oxygen from the air!

I have spoken a little about the hazzards gasoline can pose and now I would like to talk about a major worry I have about the transportation of this product!

It is common in many states for fuel tanker drivers to be paid by the load and not by the hour!

This may not seem like a major deal when you first hear it, but it raises the risk of accidents!

There have been many studies done on truck drivers that have come up with many findings. One fact that stands out is that a large percentage of drivers that are either paid by the mile or paid by the load tend to bend or break laws in order to get their loads done! All it takes is a major traffic backup or a weather problem and this delay will have many pushing their luck!

I believe the pressure needs to be taken off of all fuel haulers by only being paid by the hour! There are situations outside of the drivers control and they need not worry their pay will be taken away if they cant finish within safety and the law!

But I am an American Citizen (of 2 weeks!); I pay taxes, and take pride in America (and Britain).

But I AM A LEGAL IMMIGRANT. I came here with my papers, and made my way through the borders legally. I am now happy here as a LEGAL citizen; I have nothing to hide, or run from.

But yes, I do believe that ILLEGAL Aliens need to be deported!

Many Americans say they need to be deported because they are just ILLEGAL - which yes I highly agree with.

But let me add something, from a LEGAL immigrants perspective.

These ILLEGAL ALIENS coming in to the United States, using all the things I get to use; but don't pay taxes, etc, etc.

They make us LEGAL immigrants look bad; if not that, then they most definantly make us look not as dignified. Again I am a proud British born American, here to support the way of the American life!

Seriously, illegals are well... ILLEGAL!

THEY SHOULD NOT...

be able to go to court
have children attend public schools
be able to work
be able to get medical attention (non-what-so-ever)
or be able to get subsidised by the government (medicaid, social security, etc).

 
Thats another thing. Just because you have a child in America, that makes him/her a citizen. GIVE ME A BREAK! If the child is birthed by an ILLEGAL the child is therefore ILLEGAL.
 (analogy of) If you bought a pack of cigarettes underage, that is ILLEGAL. And then you decide to smoke them, that is also ILLEGAL. Because you should have the cigarettes in the first place!
