I recall recently that $4.00+ gasoline was all the fault of George W. Bush.  I guess now we have to thank "W" for $1.80 gas.  Blaming him or praising him does seem a bit silly, doesn't it.

Yeah, it is funny how when the prices jump we just blister people with all sorts of looney accusations. But when prices tumble--nothing.
