A man accused of murdering his wife and her two sons allegedly then raped the woman's two daughters and forced the them to kiss their dead mother goodbye, according to courtroom testimony in downtown Dallas on Tuesday.

Robert Sparks, 34, showed little emotion during the day's testimony, even though some members of the victims' family fled the courtroom in tears.

Sparks is accused of killing his wife Chare Agnew as she slept, then stabbing her sons Harold, 9, and Raeqwon, 10, to death. Each child was stabbed at least 50 times.

Prosecutors say Sparks then turned to Agnew's two teenage daughters. The girls were raped, bound, and gagged, then locked in a closet.

"Before putting them in the closet and locking them in there, he made them kiss their dead mother goodbye," Dallas County prosecutor Andy Beach told jurors.

Sparks has claimed in previous media accounts he murdered his wife and her two sons because he believed they were conspiring to poison him.

The defense attorney did not cross-examine many witnesses on Tuesday except occasionally, and only to raise points about his client's history of mental illness.

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty in this case. Testimony resumes Wednesday

Six teenagers, including four minors, have been charged for their alleged roles in the sexual and physical abuse of vulnerable Minnesota nursing home residents.

According to investigators, 19-year-old Brianna Broitzman and 18-year-old Ashton Larson committed the crimes earlier this year while working as part-time nursing assistants at Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Albert Lea.

They said the pair, as well as four minors, verbally, emotionally and sexually abused residents at the home, most of whom suffered some from of dementia.

Among the allegations: The teens teased residents, spit in their mouths and touched them in sexual ways. One of the teen's also allegedly positioned her bare buttocks in another resident's face.

The girls also allegedly joked about spanking a resident.

Broitzman and Larson are both charged with assault of a caregiver to a vulnerable adult and criminal abuse of a vulnerable adult, among other counts.

The four juveniles are charged with failing to report the incidents.

A man whose mother has lived in the home for three years said he was deeply disturbed by the allegations.

"It's disgusting," Scott Boyer said. "That's sick. It's sick."

The home's administrator said he was grateful for some finality in the case and insisted that the facility would move on and continue to offer great care for its residents.

Dog was recorded on the phone while at home and still recieved punishment so Josh should get the same.

In watching the news on this matter I was outraged that you guys actually showed how the thieves actually does this. Do you not think that some where somebody will benefit from the information showed on Fox 4. The football weekend is in full effect when these two teams get together. You tend to forget about there records and watch one of the greatest rivals in college football. Are there any fans out there from these shcools, if so show your shcool spirit and have a safe weekend, enjoy.
