I was screwed by GMAC Mortgage, but I am getting even.  They stole thousands of dollars from me, but I am making them pay.  Do you have a situation where your mortgage company is screwing you?  I would love to here from you.  Please respond to this BLOG

I narrowly escaped a foreclosure on my home of 5 years.  Out of 5 years I've missed 3 payments (effects of 911), and GMAC tried to take my home after 3 years of on time payments.  During my battle with them I found out there are over 188 complaints all over the US just on them.  Morgage companies are finding ways to steal homes from decent, hard working citizens.  At first they accused me of not having insurance.  Than, of not paying my property taxes.  THey paid the taxes that I was making payments on already than jacked up my payments from 800.00 to 1500.00 and tacked on a 90.00 late fee every month that I did not pay the full amount of the inflated mortgage payment.  After 4 months of paying the middle ground (1000.00) they started foreclosure procedures.  All this time they reported me late to the credit bureaus (but they took it back after BBB was involved).  So anyway, they ruined my opportunity to get a good refinancing rate.  Luckily I was able to refinance and keep my 4 kids indoors.  I have lots of equity in my home and they were attracted to that.  THey tried to unjustly steal my home.  They owe us at least 10000.00 dollars in fees and trouble.  I read so many simular stories on the Bad Business Bureau website just about GMAC.   I really welcome comments and suggestions from anyone who has went through this.

WOW! That lady had absolutely no good intentions. I wonder how this is going to turn out. The only crime that was committed was the pepper spray. Now there is tons of evidence that she had intent to at least do harm, (knife, trash bags, pepper spray). Now this woman may get off on technicalities, and the other lady will be in severe danger. She made up in her mind to bring harm to this woman. I hope this get more publicity than the fights at MPS.

I am concerned about the reputaion MPS is earning. It is not because of the teachers. It is some of the unruly kids. Children are changing. We have some highly qualified teachers and administrators. Not all MPS schools are terrible. This fight at Bradly Tech is huge, but the fight at Shorewood??? Whitefish bay???? was mentioned only in the newspaper and used only 2 lines. It is unequitable and unfortunate that we are not highlighted for some of the great things that are going on.
