the residents of one of americas most beautiful cities have come up with a plan to honor the current president of the united states.....with a one of a kind presidential memorial......and they have the signatures in hand to get it on the ballot.......for years critics havent been shy about branding george w as the "worst president in the history of the republic".....and now sanfranciscans are ready to put honors where we have only seen empty rhetoric.....the war in iraq, recession, unemployment, worthless currency, rising debt, & the housing crisis will all be left for the next administration to clean up.....and the thinking folks on our western coast have decided that they have found a mess that bush is capable of handling.....and this insightful plan was hatched in a local tavern....so the next time someone criticizes you for wasting your time drinking in the middle of  the day....explain to them that youre working on a plan for a cleveland version of the bush memorial

Nice. And display a bunch of memorabilia everywhere like you would in a library. Have a visitors center, restaurant and small hotel. Fishing and hunting also. HA!

That is a great definition of Liberalism. They don’t reward achievement they reward failure and punish achievement.

President Bush was faced with a decision after 9/11 when America was attacked on our own land. Liberals wanted to surrender, but the President chose to take the war to our enemies. Liberals wrung their hands, worried about what other nations would think of us as we fought back.

Liberals will then ultimately reward failure in everyone they can. So when the Country tanked because we went to war but we were not asked to sacrifice for the war effort, because Liberals in Washington wanted to surrender, they will reward President Bush with a memorial.

Liberalism; rewarding failure and punishing achievers.

Maybe they should of thought this one through after the hangover, the way it sounds is, President Bush takes in alot of crap from everyone and turns it into safe drinking water, fertilizer, and a clean environment, so tell me what would be bad about this. HMMMMMMMM

DUH!!!! tell me something I don't know, I know I didn't serve, so whats your point???
What does 4200 deaths have to do with this???
Nothing mush that I can see, just a bunch of drunks wasting time... maybe they should be supporting the troops instead of being jack@sses, Maybe if they would spend money on care packages for the troops instead of drinking their life away I would have something good to say, It's a pitty you support these drunks instead of our troops....

BTW I still don't really know that you served, NO real proof on here, just your word....

this is what i found in 2005 there were 16,885 alcohol-related fatalities in the U.S. so do you think it's funny now, a bunch of jack@sses in a bar have to drive, so during the time it took them to think this crap up, do you think they were concerned about who they were going to kill driving home, NOT.....

you don't see anything through that thick glass beer mug you drink out of.

What I don't get is you SAY you served in vietnam, but you speak out against the war they are fighting in Iraq, you say its wrong, they hear you saying that they are wrong for fighting.
They believe they are fighting for a good cause( From what I hear), If you served then you should know how much damage you are causing them by speaking out against them.
In my opinion you are not worthy to wear a uniform....

W' - "cowards send others to do the fighting"

No, the Constitution designates the President as the one with power to do that.

W' - "but bring them home"

Translation: We surrender!

Why do anything other that let George W. have his library like all the other recent Presidents have done. From what I heard the library will be on the campus of Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
As for whether George W is one of the worse presidents...if history deems that in about 20 years from now, then that's fine. However, I don't see him trying to the legacy building like the two previous democratic presidents(Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton for those who have forgotten) have been doing since they have been out of office.

I served in Iraq, And I think it all sucks!!!! My sister also served in Iraq and was killed by "friendly" May 9th 2005 the very same day as our fathers B-day. Those who speak of the war in the way some of you do know nothing about it. The war sucked when we first went and it sucks now! Send are people home. Untill you been there or lost a family member there, you have no idea what it is like there so don't pretend.

Your Right ricky, I will never understand, something I will always regret, but I'm also not going to be like the people that spit on the soldiers during the Vietnam war.
War is never the answer, but we are there and the troops that are serving must know we support them.
It was my choice not to join we were not at war, we didn't have a draft, and I had a job..
gangster you and your sister volentered and I respect that and I'm sorry you lost your sister. But I will still speak out against the people that speak out against the war, all they are doing is putting our troops in harms way.
