A ruling has been handed down in the Yearning For Zion ranch custody case that the state had no right to seize the children  they are currently holding.  No word yet as to when the children will be returned to their parents.

Yep, the innocent families that have been ripped apart by an overbearing, obnoxious, communistic governmental agency.

Great post rexsmom ! Supreme Court rulings have some quirks though. While the Supreme Court ruled their actions wrong, they didn't hand down a written remedy ( solution ) ! It was within their power to do so but they chose not to. They could have thrown it back to the State Circuit Court, but to date they haven't chose to. For the time being it is just a statement of wrong, but notice, not actual guilt. It doesn't even mean that any further is being considered. The Men in Black Robes, have they actually even done a " REAL " job ? Not being a lawyer that is just my take, should someone think that I need to be corrected.

The law enforcement officers and their bosses had the legal grounds to find the " victim " and then seek legal grounds to verify her phoned in complaint. But the real issues are : was the " qoute " phone conversation even called in from that location, was it a partial or total fabrication to conduct an otherwise " illegal " search, have they even found the " quote " original victim ? The law by " their" ways have sure enough created a multitude of factual victims now ! I wonder if they've even given any thought to the " actual " emotional damage they have already done to these very young " little " people otherwise known as children. Did they actually protect all of the rights of the " little " people ? I haven't even started on the very " real " emotional damage to the " older " people otherwise known as MOMS ! I'm not a lawyer, but that's my take, should I need to be corrected. I'm not defending any " guilty " older man reguardless of which side of the legal fence he stands on. What I've seen so far though looks like a CONSTITUTIONALLY ILLEGAL FISHING TRIP, and anythging that even remotely resembles that really PISSES ME OFF ! rexsmom, I appoligize if that got a little long !

Sounds to me like the government got caught doing another Waco.
They didnt have any real rights or proof to bust in, so they made up some lies but the lies were uncovered.

Im not saying the YFZ is correct in their beliefs or said doings, just that they are covered by the laws of American and our fabulous law enforement agencies couldnt get what they wanted so they made up a reason to break in and wow didnt they get busted once again.

Hey I know..........

Lets hire a kid to say they saw proof that people were hurting and sexually taking advantage of aliens at Area 51 so we can raid it and check out whats really there since we have no real positive information and proof of what is real or not.

Ok, thats far out there (pun on far out in space and aliens inteded.lol)

But you get the point, if you cant get proof, they make it up. Who ever made it up shoud get life for committing treason against our countries laws and beliefs. That would put an end to these bogus break ins.
