Says Erwin D'Acosta, CEO of D'Acosta's Creations Inc., a Pa Based Private Company who has recently moved its operations to Kauai Hi.

We are here with our flag ship company called D'Acosta's Creations Inc., which is a private employee owned corporation. We are looking to establish a foot hold in the tourism market of the island, to benefit the island and its people with employee ownership.

Upon arrival,  we felt the island needed a spiritual restoration and we here at DCI,  will fill that need.

Starting with the purchase and restoration of the once famous hotel the CoCo Palms, made famous by Elvis Presley and many other movie producers who brought life to the island long ago.  The Memories still beams from the Hawaii people when the Hotel is mentioned. 

Negotiations have been underway for 30 days now for us to purchase this asset for the island and its unemployed people's sake, preserving its Historical Value and Religious Promises for years to come.

The private Company, D'Acosta's Creations Inc., under orders of its Board OF Directors, is planning a private placement,  of the Companies preferred stock at $53.00 per share with declared dividends of $1.00 monthly.  At present subscriptions for the shares are being reserved for $3.00 per share with a 90 day purchase of the share at $50.00, which by the way is a dividend return for those recorded holders of the companies stock as of May 1st 2009.

Other funds are being raised through the companies ESOP - Trust.

Plans are being formulated for the complete restoration of the once Famous Hotel destination called by many  the  CoCo Palms, located along the East Shore of the  Garden Island of Hawaii,  also known by many as Fantasy Island, Blue Hawaii, Heaven, etc.,  in Hollywood  since 1953.  Unfortunately in 1992 all came to a stand still due to Mother Nature and Her Furry.

Since then the Hotel has sat there like an empty Soul,  waiting for that Special Soul who would breath life into it again.

This Hotel destination has given the world many memories and has been waiting patiently for the time when it would receive its due rewards and get the love returned to it in full says  Mr. D'Acosta

The hotel destination will once again welcome  visitors to the island  even if we have to postpone the Mayan Calendar prediction for a day or two.

With the assistance of many local hands assisting in the clean up, this reconstruction is estimated to take approximately 18 months to completion and  will include a water park that will provide a safe heaven for small children who would not be able to enjoy the water of the ocean during their vacation in safety and peace.  We will provide a walk way over the highway leading to the once known Sea Shell Restaurant located east of the Hotel on the Beach.  The restaurant will be acquired and made part of the total Hotel Destination Package.   The full price of the reopening will be in the hundreds of millions, but we look at it as money well spent to reflect a priceless Life of peace and love that will have a life once again of its own.

All interested parties who would like to become part of the restoration process by assisting with their expertise , past knowledge of the way things were, or  as a financial investment in the stock ownership being offered by the Private Family Owned Holding Company to the open public for the first time at $53.00 per share be it common stock for those in it for the long haul;  or preferred for those who would be in it for the financial return making  you a part of History being reborn in 2010.

This time the New Owners,  D'Acosta's Creations Inc.,  will allow the entire island to benefit from the opening of the once famous hotel by offering its employees ownership in the hotel through its ESOP Trust and Benefits package.

I am in the mood of Martian Luther and I will be removing my being from my present location to half way around the world to communicate with our father GOD, about what he wishes me to do at this point.

For as the Father had given you to Him, that you might be One with Him, as He was with the Father, so should the same Spirit rest upon you to bring you forth Conquerors, through all Vicissitudes, and Changes that should happen in Time: and that this present Year should be the Beginning of a new Race of Life, wherefore so excited you are to run as to win the Prize that has been waited for.

Then Wisdom's Representative, with one known by the Name of Cyrus, that was highly favoured, and given to be as a chief Pillar of Support to this New Modeled Virgin Church that has been so long prophesied of; and with the rest, passed into the Mount, and came out tinged according to the Quality and Property of it, as new Generated Angelical Figures. Wisdom then said to her Representative, Now hast thou seen the Virgin Church, that is not only Glorious within, but also without; being clear as the Sun, fair as the Moon, and terrible as an Army with Banners. This is the Mountain of the Lord's House, which shall be established for Glory and Magnificence over the whole Earth. § 3. And it was said unto me, Seal not up this Vision; for the time is approaching near, for its Fulfilling. But stand you, and all your Fellow-waiters, that are looking for this blessed Hour, and Glorious Appearance of this Nuptial Day, in the working Properties of the Divine Agent, the Holy Ghost, that shall not fail to compleat you according to this Prophecy, and to effect all that has been fore shewn.
