I’m still darn angry that big brother still tells the
private home owner what they should do on their
property!
Look, many people informed me that they received
a sanitation ticket for a trashcan on their front
lawn. This is observed! How dare you received a
ticket for a trashcan on your private property.
Also how dare anyone access your private
property without your permission or a warrant? Our
city maybe in need of extra finances but to violate
the privacy and rights of our city citizens to get it,
is both wrong and unjust.
Licenses and Inspections base on citizens
complaints do have the right I’m told to issue a
violation only. There are times when a Block or Civic
Association can have a citation issued against you.
But, most citizens sign and agreed to follow the rules.
Please, our Political and legal folks out their in
Philadelphia -Philly land. Check this out and
ask big brothers to stay off private property with their
ticket books. Stick to sidewalks and shrubs that’s
blocking pedestrian travel. Strange how Sanitation
Officers would give you a ticket for a trashcan on
private property, before they write an obstruction
ticket blocking the sidewalk, example; portable
basketball hoops. Maybe folks this bull crap evasive
practice of peeping and ravaging through trashcans on
private property will stop.| Member Comments | Total Comments: 1 |
