Its April 6th and today we had SNOW!  Since arriving back in England, we have had terrible weather.  But Friday we were sitting outside it was around 70 degrees.  Today we had snow.  My boys haven't seen snow before, more used to the hot Florida sun, so i thought you might like to see a photo of our home.  So i have put some pictures in my album..  Enjoy sun lovers.

 

 

If i was rich and famous, i would be able to live and work in America.  The American Embassy in London would welcome us with open arms. 

Instead after loosing all our money in the USA we had to come back to the UK.  We are now struggerling with life and money.

I wonder if we ever won the lottery we could come back?

But it is the same problem that i see and hear all the time.  America wants Countries that do not have the same beliefs as America and England.   

If somebody with a boat would pick us up in Dominican Republic and bring us all back to the US we could get a fake passport and social security number and then get a driving license. 

So i want to bring up the immigration row again and see what the response is.

Just to keep you all updated - we left Florida with a tear in our eyes on August 7th - and arrived back in the UK on the 8th.  Missing Florida like crazy - the weather here is BLEEP.......... oh for Jim - 

LAST THING I WANT......

 

How do i prove that i was not speeding?  He said i was doing 45 in a 35 where as i know i was doing 33 with my cruise control on......I accelerated when the traffic lights turned green - and when he put the lights on i was doing 38.  ADVICE ADVICE ADVICE PLEASE 

Ok, its been a mixture of crying and laughing, but we have finally decided to return to England.  We have lost so much that we decided to call it a day - for all the wonderful Americans that we have met and talked to - we will take you in our hearts back across the pond.  I treasure the fun times that we have spent in your wonderful Country. We have most of the time been treated fairly, other times i wonder what the hell is wrong with people.  So thank you and God Bless both America and England.  Remember we stand together side by side in friendship.

 

Well Sunday was my birthday and we went to the Home and Garden Expo - it was really good.  (especially since i met Jim and Heidi)! Anyhow i entered to win a ton of prizes - and i had a call yesterday to say that i had won a SODA STREAM and 2 bottles of mix.  Then i was told that i had to have someone come round to my house to test the water........................WHAT?!?!?!?! and both me and my husband had to be present.  I didn't want a water test that last 2 hours + i had one before and he stayed over 3 hours.  THIS WAS A TOTAL CON.  I entered to win a soda stream not for someone to come round.  What do you think?????

Wow - what can i say......today is my birthday - yep i had to get that in - and we decided to go to the home and garden expo.  I knew that Fox35 was going to be there - but the added bonus was seeing Jim and Heidi and Tom in person. My first sighting of Jim (oh i sound like a stalker) was him looking at the laptop on the table.  I said to my husband Terry "That's Jim"  He knew i had this soft marshmellow spot for Jim - but it's ok - he knew he was safe - well nearly.......Now behave!!!! Terry told me to go over and say Hi.  Of course i went to jello.  How could i say hi to someone that i watch Monday to Friday on TV?  Ok it didn't take that long to go up drooling....yes girls i felt like a teenager with this huge crush on a guy but my dear husband was standing right next to me - oh well make it good i thought.  The words came wafferling out of my mouth light a freight train that couldn't stop.......grow up i thought but NO i want to be a groupie....and it is my birthday....OK so Jim you are more amazing in real life - now when i see you on tv i will smile that little smile to myself.  Of course i couldn't leave out Heidi.  She is like the girl next door - what a refreshing change.  And wow does she have a figure to bloody die for.  She is adorable - and yes she is my NEW BEST FRIEND......LOL.  I stood there chatting with her for ages.  Of course not letting anyone else get a word in.  We had to go so i said goodbye, but of course it didn't last long, we saw a friend there who had a camera, and back we went (that is with Husband in tow with the camera) to get that picture of me and Jim - ohhhhhhhh he smelt GOOD.  Of course i had to get one with my new best friend Heidi.  Which of course i will share when i get them from my friend.  I will be putting them in a frame on my dressing table.  I promise i wasn't stalking Jim - I just couldn't help myself....you know what i mean.  Then i blurted out my username on here and that's all i will say. 

 

I also hope that what i said about Christine (yes she is gorgeous too) will stay between us, and that the garbled message i left on her voice mail (yes Jim handed me his cell to ask her THAT question will stay you know PRIVATE)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have often thought about this since arriving here nearly 3 years ago. What has England done to America? I thought we were so close, we back each other in Wartime and Peacetime. The British PM is a puppet to the US President. Blair wants to make Bush happy.

But WHY is it so hard to live here? The British people bring a lot of money this way, by buying holiday homes, vacationing etc. BUT we cannot live here without either buying a business, marrying a US citizen or overstaying our welcome.
I expect there are more but i just cannot think of anymore.

So i just want to know what you guys think - and be truthful..

Oh and i do not feel guilty in saying "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year..."
