Just a heads up for you...you might want to ditch the Keith Olberman Avatar, in case the guy decides to come onto the My Fox sites...I knew someone who used to work with him when Keith was the sports anchor at KCBS/2 in Los Angeles. The guy I knew is an Associate Director of News at KCBS 2, and he had to work with Keith, and Jim Lampley, when Lampley was an anchor at the station. There are stories I could tell you about Keith, but I won't, since it could be looked upon as mean spirited, but I do want to protect you from any possible lawsuits, should he see the avatar, and lose his temper...which he certainly does have, from what I've learned from his colleague. Just be very careful guy! The guy can become a mean pitbull, if you get him ticked off.

unfortunately gamer, you are correct. there ARE lots of people in this world who don't bother to do the job they are paid to do unless you FORCE them to do it, like teenagers.

i have NO patience for idiots who either can't or won't do the job they are PAID to do.

Just ask yourself these questions: Is it a good idea to shout, stomp, snort, and swear at co-workers? Is that professional behavior?

If you answered yes to those 2 questions, you probably voted for George W. Bush, and you will likely vote for John McCain, and you probably support the failed and immoral Iraq invasion and occupation, and you will probably support the failed attack/invasion of Iran.

well of course it's not a good idea to do those things & certainly not professional either.

but HE'S the boss, it's his show & evidently he has no patience for someone on HIS payroll that doesn't do their job. is it possible that this was the "straw that broke the camel's back" with this employee? we don't know the WHOLE story.....

and of course this is just what you and PB LOVE, just bits & pieces of a story, when it suits you guys. the whole story COULD put THIS in perspective a little.

neither one of you have had to tolerate incompetence in your workforce and be their boss. you have NO idea how incredibly stressful & frustrating it is........especially if YOU aren't the one who hired them. trust me, it sucks.........

Acting like a child. That's the republicans solution for everything! He doesn't like his staff, have a two year old tantrum. That fixes the problem.

The liberal solution: Talk the he person like two adults having a conversation. Determine the specific problem and when it began. Brainstorm some solutions and choose the best one to solve the problem.

Maybe that's why your work "sucks". You're being a zhiney, childish republican instead of solving the problem.
