Global Warming Is A Hoax! Repeat three times.

Earlier today, US special forces attacked inside Syria at a point along the border where fighters, weapons and money come into Iraq to fuel the violence. The government in Damascus condemned the act as "serious aggression." Does this mean our military is serious about securing Iraq and getting out of there?

US Military has not commented about the fatalities, however American media, unlike foreign media, is echoing Syrian claims that only civilians were killed. Is it safe to say that since Al-Qaeda "volunteers" are not part of a state military or law enforcement, they are civilians? What do you believe? What are the chances that not one Al-Qaeda extremist was among the group targeted?

Syria is a sponsor of terror, so I give them no credence. The American media is only too happy to slam the administration any chance they get. I am sure our military people had a justifiable reason for doing what they had to do and I would not second-guess them.

If they were American special forces then we wont know who or what they did. Frankly they should have done more.

Syria should have been "seriously" dealt with a long time ago. We have no friends anywhere in the Middle East. We should turn the entire region into a big volleyball court. We have the technology.

I agree with all the above statements. I also heard the building was under construction and there were children inside. So now my question is, why were children on a construction site?

It appears the purpose of the strike was to take out an Al Qaida leader supplying insurgents in Iraq...and it worked. Another dead waste of skin, I hope he met 17 angry Virgians instead of what he thought he was gonna get. Syria can cry all they want, they brought it on themselves.

Now I understand why you are all voting Republican, you like war and would like us to bankrupt this country while you blow up the middle east and kill innocent civilians. McCain is your guy, that's for sure.

And we know why you vote demoturd cause rather try to 'reason' with them while they smile at you and slip a knife into your back. And who said that any of the civilians that were killed were innocent...you...Syria?

The reports that come out of Syria should be taken with a grain of salt. Like whordawg said, if it was special forces, they probably got exactly who they were after—not eight kids in a barn in the middle of the night.

News out of Islamic extremist states should automatically be held with suspicion. And something else worthy of a little suspicion is the timing of today's news about an assassination plot by skinheads. There is no information about exactly when this plot was discovered, but the records were unsealed today which means this happened a while ago. Obama will never stop stoking the race flame. And if he makes it through we will have nothing but race consciousness from him while he's in office.

pJ--I got an email today about a plot to kidnap Obama, but if I showed the details of this simple plot I'd be banned forever and we could never share thoughts again...but dawg knows what I'm talking about!
And you are absolutely right about any news put forth by Syria, Iran, too. I include our own MSM in that category.

Bummer, I haven't gotten my fight-the-smears newsflash this hour. Are you saying that it was so simple it shouldn't have made national news? Or something else.

Tell me though, you're a vet, do you think it's wise to broadcast every such plot internationally like this? I can't imagine that's good for business. There was another blurb on the subject just before Obama suspended his campaign overnight to go to Hawaii. What could he gain other than sympathy for publicizing court records about plots against him? Wouldn't broadcasting it encourage more of the same?

pJ if I had your email I'd send the pictures to you, you'd laugh at the simplicity of it.
And no, I think sharing our "dirty laundry" with the media only gives the anal orifices against us more ideas to use against us.
I'll send you my email address in a blog of yours. Delete it when you get it.

PJ: The team that went into Syria was made up of CIA military and SF they went in to get the cheif of ops for alquida that helped insergents over from Syria. He supplyed them with guns, explosives and manpower. They got him and transported him back to an unknown area, they will get what info they need from him and use it accordingly. The public will only know what the company wants them too.

Thanks dawg, I can only imagine we have some "bad" boys in our military. I'm proud of them. And I'm glad they are taking care of business over there.

Just in case, the part above about broadcasting plots had to do with broadcasting assassination attempts. It doesn't seem like a good idea to make an international spectacle out of every plot against a president or candidate. I hope Obama would rethink that bad habit should he make it to the oval office.

PJ: unfortunatly there are stupid people from every walk of life and some of them try to push there agendas on others even when others dissagree. The skin heads that tride this will get what they deserve, I wish no harm on anyone unless they are endangering my family. Unfortunatly there will be for attempts on his and that is saddening to know. All the LE involved with the protection of the POTUS will have there hands full if 0bama gets in there, and I am not so sure they will all be threats from the white factions either.
