Global Warming Is A Hoax! Repeat three times.

I really like the new look for the blog section. The background is brighter and makes reading the posts more pleasant.

I hope the web team is keeping the general red white and blue theme. Although, the splashes of color for buttons keep it interesting. I'm looking forward to the new design for the top banner. I hope it's just as fresh looking but more compact, the top menus take up too much room.

Ever consider slicing up your ad space and offering smaller ads to a larger variety of  vendors and local advertisers? Museum events, restaurant deals, seasonal events..just a thought!

Maybe its just me but in some of the blogs and replies the TOS and fox logo and other links that are supposed to be at the bottom are showing up in the middle of the blog or reply. I have written to fox about this and they still have yet to fix it. Am I the only one that this is happining too?

You're right, dawg. That TOS stuff shows up in the middle of stuff and you can't read it, or if it's in the reply box you are SOL

Thanks dhw & dawg. I thought it was my computer and I was ready to use my baseball bat to tune it up.

BTW, FOX10 needs to do something about the cloven hooved idiot posting every random, liberal, moronic, absurd thought that pops into her head.

BOB, you're absouletly right about "the cloven hooved idiot" However I have never experienced the problems that all of you seem to be experiencing. Maybe it's the OS. Just for the record, I have Vista.

trucker I know you said something but I just can't read it because the "blob" is over your response...can you read it, or anyone else?
They need to quit fixing things here....

BOB, everything looks fine to me. I just don't understand what everyone is complaining about, I'm not trying to be an a-hole here, but I just haven't seen the problems everyone else seems to be having.

The blob is over truckers response for me too. and it continues over into Jane's favorites.
Maybe by Monday they'll get it figured out.

Ok, now it's happening to me also, I wonder why it didn't happen until now? FOX can you give us any answers? Or at the very least fix this? BOB, my response was that you were correct about the "cloven hooved idiot". To everyone else, at least we aren't crazy, it is happening.

Some of you are already aware that your blog platform is getting a facelift to look more cohesive with the new look for the web site.

You may notice a couple of text shifts, color changes, etc. We are aware of these items and are working to get the blog platform to have a clean look.

We are aware that the login box is currently covering up the top-right logo on many of your pages. This is being addressed and we will let you know when things are resolved.

Why fix what's not broken?

I'm not having the problem with the footer moving up. I wonder if everyone having the problem is using IE?

I use Firefox. Check it out if you can.

Just the tos over truckers comment for me.

pJ--I just loaded and tried firefox. The TOS thing stays where it belongs but the login box covers the blog button.
I even tried loading IE 8.0 (beta) on Saturday and it was even worse. Trying to scroll down took forever, I got rid of it and reloaded IE 7.0.
Somebody's got a lot of work to do. It seems SOMEONE would have gotten the idea of putting a new application in a test environment instead of having a live user audience provide input.

I've not had any problems on any of my 3 different PCs. Using IE6.

Now for the dumb question: what is IE6 and where do I get it?

I figured it out.......IE6 is internet explorer 6.

But I have IE7 and it dopesn't work with this new format!!

dhw, how do you like Firefox? The changes look fine on my other machine in IE6, but I have no plans to download 7 or 8. The login box is covering something, but I never liked the faux flag theme, so I don't mind.
