Usa Team: Youngs / Branagh
Cuba Team: Crespo /Estevez

First set: USA Ladies 21-19
Second set: Cuba Ladies 21-13
Third set: USA Ladies 15-12

First set was a very close game. Youngs taken look where the blocker is located and pounding that ball down the line for the point. Great team work and chemistry amoung both Branagh and Youngs. Branagh is struggling with her serves she still gives 100% toward the gold.
Crespo being an indoor volleyball player and coming outside to play in the sand was a change for her. But watching her play she can block as well as dig. Another great player and Estevez has some of her own techiniques that brings that team together. These ladies show so much confidence and spirit.
Cuban beat the US earlier in the year and for todays game the Cubans asked the US to if they could wear their blue uniforms. USA ladies was for that because they love their red uniforms. No idea if the colors they wear makes a different but I can see why the USA ladies love their red colors because they are steaming.

No matter who wins Gold, Silver, Bronze, they are all winners for they sportsmanship, respect, etc.. Even watch the game between Russia and Georgia was great. All though their country is under a cease fire that does not mean they have come up with a final agreement. Both of those teams showed the world under so many distress in their world we can still come together and have peace. Game was very competitive all though I ended up falling a sleep so I have no clue who won. Keep the Gold flowing in your hearts.

That was awesome..I love the Olympics!  Great Team Work...That is what makes people succeed  and change when we are all team players.

So,  I am going to ask you this?  There are many games to be played and everyone has their favorites sports as well as country.

I must admit I watch every game..My television in on 24/7 from Opening Ceromony up until the Ending Ceromony.  So, for me its hard to decide on the sports because I love sports but as for countries this is who I RAH RAH for :

USA

Poland

China

Russia

Romania

France

Australia

I hope you all are enjoying the games as much as we are in our home.

My kids watch it too..We are Olympics Groupies!

USA /Chi in basketball great sportsmanship between both teams.  It was a close call, but I was really hoping China would have won that game.  I love the spirit these players bring to these games, and knowing what memories as well as new friends home with them.

With the pollution problem there and the Olympics are just a short few weeks away.  Now, eager fans await the tickest sale and end up with havoc..If their security can not control their own people how are they going to keep safety amoung the countries.  Plus, Iraq is banned from the Olympics, but isn't there other countries involved in the war?  So, if you will ban one country for honoring Hussan, why not ban all those involved.  But, if they ban them all there will not be an Olympics any longer.

So, will they be able to handle the millions of people entering their country for the biggest games of history?

Friday evening in Illinois the Collinsville Unit Ten Doris Intermediate School held their Dodgeball Tourney.  If you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball.  Right?  The gym was cut off for half court play for 5th grade on one side and 6th grade on the other.  These kids practice very hard and put together great teams.  Last year Ootie's team came in 2nd, and this year they became Cheesehead Champs.  The 5th grade had some great players as well team work.  They all had a great time and something we call, building memories.  Good job Clay, and staff that put this together again.

The champs received T-shirts and well we can't  finish the night with out playing the Teachers and Principal.  LOL let me tell ya the teachers can be brutal, but this kids can bring it.

The Teachers Team! Turn your Volume down because it could me harmful to your ears!  LOL

What a race today at Belmont.  After viewing the horses all except Tiago my choices was C P West, and Hard Spun. Wow, I left the Filly out.  She looked good and I didn't call her.  Something about those two struck my eye.  Curlin's looked great as well and his shoulder muscles showed power.

Even though she stumbled at the gate she came out and beat the boys.  Nicely done Rags To Richies! Congrats on the new win since 1905?  Right On and Hats off to yas!

I maybe wrong on some of my point of view here , however, if you do not like my opinions you will have to learn to except them.

We may make decisions in life which are a bit unrealistic to our decisions we make realisticly.

Josh Hancock, I didnt know him, but I always heard great things about him. Especially from our Cardinal Fans!  We looked at him as hero that was unstoppable.  That is how we should remember him.

Drinking, Smoking, Driving, yes does not mix.  We all know that. Since his time of death and now hearing the reports it will still not change the way  I think of him as a Cardinal player, or even if he was my neighbor next door.  He had a heart of Gold.

The Cardinals had rough times in the past, present and they will still in the future, so either way stay strong for the dark cloud only hangs around for a short awhile.  The sun will again shine and we the Cardinal Fans will be standing proud next to you.

Its called a positive flow baby!
