The Bailout of America

Below is My Economic Relief Plan for America.

My intensions are to give the American people a Stimulus Check over the period
of 4 years.  Every American will be required to open a Bank Account and every
month for the next 4 year they will receive $3,000 dollars Direct Deposit.  That is
a Grand Total of: $144,000.00 over the next 4 years.

During this period of time special price gouging laws we be put into place
to assure that businesses don't over inflate their prices.  Now remember $3,000
doesn't go very far in one shot, but it will enable you to pay your bills, keep
your homes and allow you to find a job you enjoy if need be.  You will still have to work, the money will be collected back by adding 1% to your federal taxes for a
period of 10 years.  After which it will go back down 1%.

Who will qualify for the Stimulus Check?
Simple, each and every Legal American, every man woman and child.
Anyone under the age of 18 will have to have a parent open the account
and it will be required that 75% gets deposited directly into a Savings
Account until the child turns 18 years of age, as well the parent may not
access the savings account. (other special provisions will be added)

How will this work to End the Debt?
Another Simple answer, you pay your Debts, the banks gets their money,
the demand for more good goes up, the production goes up, thus the laws
of supply and demand kick in.  They make more profits, you get to work
more and at a fair wage.  If you think 700 billion dollars is going to end
Your Debt and get your home back think again.  It's only going to give
some Ceo a nice going away Present.  Below I'm going to show you the
numbers and I am Confident you can do the math.


My Bailout Program
Phase 1

According to the US Census in 2000 there was roughly 280 million people in
The United States of America, I am over Estimating it at 350 Million people
today.  Now, we have a base to start from.

350,000,000
X   144,000
50,400,000,000 billion

So the total cost of this is:  50,400,000,000 billion

Their Costs that they want: 700,000,000,000 billion

Already we have a huge difference of : $649,600,000,000 billion

Now, with this Stimulus Check we are going to end the following services
for the duration of the checks:
Wic, Food Stamps, SSI, SSDisability, pretty much all subsidies and Welfare.

The Only thing that will remain is: Medicare/Medicade basically Medical
Assistance.

Those that are able, will be trained into new jobs.  Those that are not able
will be returned into renovated programs such as disability and ssi retirement.
Over the 3 year period the programs will be revamped to meet modern needs
of the American People.

There will be people who totally dislike CHANGE, however this is for the
better.  There will be no question where the money is coming from and there
will be a team set up to specifically handle any mishaps within a 24 hour
period of time.  1 year prior to the 4th year those who are determined to need
the disability assistance will be entered into the new programs, Those who
were on SS retirement will be place back onto the renovated retirement
program with the same team to make sure the transition is smooth.


At the End of 4 years there will be noticeable changes throughout the country
such as a National Transport System, the introduction of non-fuel consuming
energy efficient vehicles, as well as nation wide energy plug in systems for these
vehicles.  The plug in system will look somewhat like a parking meter with the
sole purpose or re-charging such vehicles.  There will also be development
across the USA of new Alternative Energy Plants, not to mention the growth
of Technology and Basics like, cotton mills, textiles, steel plants, and new
car plants all with ECO friendly designs in mind.

How can we possibly afford all this?
Very Simply, We just saved $650,000,000,000 billion dollars, we'll take
that money and use it where it belongs, building America!
