I would just like to say that I don't think some people understand how voting yes on Issue 5 will actually hurt people. Voting yes on Issue 5 is going to hurt your bars and all the people that are employed at the bars. My fiancee for one works as a cook at a bar in downtown Willoughby and he is very worried about loosing his job due to Issue 5. Issue 4 will allow people to still go to the bar and smoke and since there are a lot of people out that are only social smokers and the only time they smoke is when they go to the bar with some friends for a drink may smoke a little. Well voting yes on Issue 5 will stop a lot of social smokers from going to the bar. And the bar I'm afraid may not survive on just the regulars who go there just to drink. The bars depend on their regulars, but it is the hundreds of people that come in once in awhile that really keep these places going. The regulars are a big part of it, but they can not keep the bar afloat just on that. If Nick loses his job because of Issue 5 being passed we won't be able to make it by any longer. Nick and I are just now making it by paycheck to paycheck. There is no way will be able to put diapers on our daughter, feed her, or keep a roof over her head if he looses his job. I don't what we would do if he can't work anymore. Nick is not an office worker and he just can't keep a job doing that kind of thing. Not just Nick, but a lot of people will be out of work in bars and restuarants if Issue 5 is passe. This is why I think Issue 4 is the best options because people will still have jobs, but smoking areas will be limited and it will still make a healthier environment for other non-smokers.
