My Mother lives in Philadelphia and is on the FEDERAL  NO CALL LIST.  Righ now she has her phone off the hook due to the fact she keeps getting recorded phone messages from all those running for mayor in the city.  She has been getting up to 15 to 20 calls a day.  Are these people better than any one else? They should have to eleminate all those on the no call list from their calling list.  My Mother is 84 years old and these calls are very annoying.  They have been going on now for the past 2 weeks.  My Mom will be very happy when these elections are finally over and she can put her phone back on the hook.  They all should be fined for abusing this no call list.
