The sad shape of the economy is making this one of the toughest Thanksgivings in recent memory for many families throughout the country. Still, everyone has something, even if it's something small, to be thankful for as we approach the holiday.

What are you thankful for? BLOG IT! We may use your response in newscasts on Thanksgiving Day.

I'm thankful for Hot Anchors and Anchorettes.....just teasing.....i'm thankful for family and friends.

The rest is whipped cream....i mean icing on the cake!

i am thankful for freinds and family as well. i am also thankful that our lord savior jesus christ is keeping watch over my late relatives who perrished.

I am thankful for my freedoms. I am thankful for the health of myself and my entire family. I am thankful for my faith...for being given signs that my faith is not wasted on something mythical. I am thankful that my sins have already been forgiven. I am thankful for a huge, happy family. I am thankful for my home. I am thankful for my dogs, that love me very much. I am thankful for the opportunities in life before me. I am thankful for being blessed with 8 kids and 3 grandkids. I am thankful for chaotic days. I am thankful for peaceful nights. I am thankful that my mom recovered so quickly from her broken hip/total hip replacement. I am thankful for forgiveness...mine. I am thankful for Confession. I am thankful for a second chance every morning when I wake up. I am thankful for the men and women that sacrafice everything to serve our country. I am thankful for the touching stories of Veteran experiences that have been shared with me and will remain in my heart and my soul forever. I am thankful for sunshine beating down on my face on an 80 degree day. I am thankful for the rain that gives me a few moments to remember and cry. I am thankful for memories. I am thankful for the journey.

I am furthermore thankful for Basher51, adoseoftruth, rasguy24, Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity----whom in an odd way helped Barack Hussein Obama become the first Caublanasian elected President---until we discover that Thomas Jefferson was actually our first Black President.

Im Thankful for my wonderful husband....
Im Thankful for my awesome Mom & Steve...
Im Thankful for my Thor being taken to a rescue organization...where he waited for me...
Im Thankful for my time spent with Kenny....
Though to short........
Im Thankful for incredible friends....
Im Thankful for each new day,reguardless what it may bring,it brings Freedom..........

I am thankful that we are here today and alive. We may be going thru tough times in our world but just being alive and having family and friends says thank you to it all. Being thankful thru the tough times will only make you a stronger person in general. There is always something out there worse than your situation.

LMAO! No hon...I'm not in the butt kickin' mood tonight. Yes, I do speak my mind. That comes from a long abusive upbringing where I had no voice. I swore as a child that when I got older that I would never be held back or held down again. I am 46 years old and have had to fight for everything in my life. I'm proud of my heritage too, like you. Maybe we have more in common than we'd like to admit.

I'm thankful that my children are doing well.
I'm also thankful for my freedoms and righta.
Lastly, I am thankful for this blog site so I have a place to express myself, let out some steam and meet a nice group of diverse people willing to talk about this crazy world we live in.

I am so very thankful to have a healthy family, a home and a good job. I see how so many people are struggling in this economy and I honestly feel so very blessed to have the life I do and the ability to share whatever I can with others.

I'm thankful for the LOVE I have for my husband. Sharing your life with someone that you truely love and have such a great passion for is a blessing. Having that love, passion and devotion to each other and our children helps to sheild out the hardships of this aweful economy!

I'm thankful for many, many blessings in my life but most of all that I was blessed to have 5 healthy children and 9 grandchildren. Family, health and the love of God in our lives. :) says it all.
