When you went to the polls today, how long did you have to wait? Did you encounter any troubles along the way? Did you get a sense people were excited about the opportunity to cast their ballots?

We want to know about all of your election day experience. Share it -- and we just might use it on FOX 6 News throughout the day.

Had only about a 15 minute wait at 8am. But had I come in at the time I actually left (8:15am), I would have had NO WAIT. It's all about the timing.

Happy to report that in District 3, in Brookfield, around noon, it was in and out. Traffic though was very brisk and they were looking for a 90% turnout in what is a pretty conservative district.

Only interesting thing to report was that there were some college age kids trying to register on the spot and vote there.........some of them didn't seem to understand that, despite the efforts of the Wisconsisn governor and legislator, you can't just "SHOW UP" and vote wherever.

Fortunately, the folks at the register "new voters" table were NOT from Acorn/Project Vote.

0 minutes 2 weeks ago,

Absentee voted. Here's what i did in mid/late October...

...I took a print-out of my application for my ballot off my laptop, received the ballot in the mail a few days later, completed my ballot, witness present & signed, i signed and returned it to City Hall. Double check all info before choosing to mail it or return in person.

So, i'll be chillin' out this Tuesday after work, i'll be at a party, watchin' Fox6 Election coverage from 5 to midnight!

It's on like a chicken bone!

Love my Fox6

It took me five minutes.
The Falls has many polling places and that makes it smooth and easy.

I went about 6:15 am and was out about 7:20 am. It was not a long wait, but if I had to wait longer it would have been worth it. I left very excited and started crying in my car. Tears of a joy I might say. I never felt this way about any election in my life. I rolled down my window and started yelling to anybody I saw and said make sure you vote. It was a unbelievable feeling I never experience while voting.

first of all, i would like to say that the web team did a great job on the posting of this blog. at the eden community center, there were no lines at all. my sister and i got in right away. it only took us only a couple of minutes to vote. we got in and out quickly, and it was painless.
