Well I have a ?    On these dump trucks they have this tarp that is made to cove up their loads.....  And during the week and the busy traffic these trucks are never covered and their  stones or gravel  or whatever is flying everywhere.....  Don't they have a restriction on this or should I say they should have a restriction or a law  or something     windsheilds get cracked and paint is chiped up   the hood of my car has chips all over it  who can do something about this????   Sometimes you are speeding to get by and don't do more damage or change lanes and hope you don't get hit by one bouncing of the concrete.....  I was wondering what the tarp is for if companys are not forced to use it.    The Crue
