Hancock law suit.

I'm just a little curious about something. Why didn't the Hancocks name this Vince guy that claims he was in Shannon's the night Josh was.

After all he claims that Josh was visibly drunk and slurring his words. If this is so, then he should have been named in the law suit as well for  not doing something.

He's the big mouth that came forward to claim that he saw how drunk Josh was.

Parents Be Ware Of The Choking Game

Talk to the children in your life,parents and every one you know who works with children.Make sure they understand how dangerous it is to participate in this activity. I have a hard time calling this a game. But thats what the kids call it.
 It is a popular thing to do for kids between the ages of 10-16.Some children choke each other until the person being choked passes out. The danger becomes greater when a ligature is used and the activity is performed by a lone child. If the child loses consciousness and there is no one there to immediately release the pressure, he is unable to help himself. The child will suffer brain damage and certain death after three minutes. Some who have died  during this activity  were alone for as little as 15 minutes before some one found them, and it was already to late.
There is nothing worse than to be called to a home where a child is dead because of this activity. So Parents educate your kids on the danger of this so called game.
