So in the past few months ive notice this problem becoming more common. My friends and I all have charter internet. Every so often our internet will stop working. It appears that we are getting bad ip addresses. The only cure ive found is to either unplug everything for 5-10 min to renew charters ip address...sometimes it takes a few times. Then half the time the modem doesnt want to talk to the linksys router. I always get the internet working again is just a pain! I know 4 people that all have this problem...all use linksys wireless routers. You call charter and they are clueless to the world.
Anyone else having this problem?
