Hello blog friends,

does anyone have road runner internet service?
I am trying to forward and e-mail and cannot find how to, because my address book is not coming up when I forward. When I click on manage contacts, then it does go to my e-mail addresses and then I can click on the address and click on send mail.

if someone can enlighten me on how to do this that would be great.

when you click on forward an that comes up then click on To,or BCC an your address book will come up. Then just press on the names that you want. You do know that you have to reenter your address book in RR. Good Luck

call 1 800-866-0380, time warner high speed internet department for assistance, they are available 24hrs

if you do call 24hr assistance line,good luck getting through.
I called & waited 45 min. or more before I spoke with one person.
