This, my friends, is how you handle criminals...  This one won't be out there to repeat offend-

Neighbor fatally shoots man attacking doughnut shop worker 7:24 AM CT 07:37 AM CDT on Friday, May 9, 2008 From Staff Reports

A man accused of attacking a woman at a doughnut shop was fatally shot after the woman’s neighbor came to her rescue.

The incident happened about 2:30 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of Roberts Cut-Off Road about two miles east of the Naval Air Station in Fort Worth.

Fort Worth police said the woman, a doughnut shop worker, was hit on the head during the robbery as she tried to escape. A neighbor heard the commotion, grabbed a shotgun and came to her assistance.

The neighbor then shot the 44-year-old robbery suspect in the chest, police said.

The neighbor was not arrested. The case will be forwarded to the grand jury.

Kudos to the neighbor, a job well done!

Good riddance to the attacker

The neighbor should at least have donuts for life, and we should invite him here to Philadelphia for a visit

Some will claim "vigilante justice", or, "taking the law into your own hands"..

I call it Protecting your neighbor, or, your neighborhood.

Probably gonna be a long, long time before someone attempts to rob that donut shop again.

Yeah some will claim all sorts of things Jimbo but what matters is the truth. The truth is... the man was a criminal, the neighbor saved the lady from additional harm and saved the rest of us a few bucks keeping this worthless human being in a jail cell until he could be tried and then set back out on the streets to repeat offend. The man deserves a medal :) He's my new hero!

You must know 2t2p that up here, the person who did the shooting would be in jail. The dead criminals estate would sue, he may even get sharpton to come speak at his funeral.
