Ladies and Gentlemen, perhaps one of the single most important events in American History is unfolding right now, before our very eyes.

And it's possible you haven't even heard about it.

If you're like me (an American), you're quite fond of our Constitution.  Were patriotism a religion, the Constitution would be my bible.  No blasphemy intended.

Our Constitution includes a clause (Article II, Section 1) that requires that the President of The United States be a natural born citizen.

Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, is not a natural born citizen.

The President-elect has been asked to provide proof to the American People that he is a citizen of the United States.

He has refused.

I have been told that I must accept this situation.

I will not.

I am one of many citizens demanding that Mr. Obama/Soetoro provide proof of his place of birth to the American People.  Attached is the letter I will post to two of our elected officials.  Please feel free to add your name, if you like.

Distinguished Gentlemen:

I write to you not as a politician, nor as a captain of industry, nor as a major contributor to your political campaigns. 

I write to you as a humble citizen of The United States of America.

It has come to my attention that the President-elect, Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, is not a citizen of the United States.

As you are most certainly aware, Article II (Section 1) of our Constitution provides that:

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

How this man has reached this level in our government without providing the proper credentials is irrelevant.  I, as a citizen of The United States of America, demand that he produce the proper credentials prior to taking the office of President.  Compelling evidence supports the claim that Mr. Obama/Soetoro is barred from holding the Office of President by the 'natural-born citizen' clause of the U.S. Constitution.

As a man who has sworn an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, I am duty-bound to demand that Mr. Obama/Soetoro produce valid documentation proving his citizenship prior to taking office.

As my elected officials, I am requesting that, on behalf of the citizens of the United States of America, you refuse to certify the election until Mr. Obama/Soetoro produces valid documentation proving his citizenship.

On September 16, 2008, U.S. District Court Judge William Alsup wrote:

"Mechanisms exist under the Twelfth Amendment and 3 U.S.C. 15 for any challenge to any candidate to be ventilated when electoral votes are counted, and the Twentieth Amendment provides guidance regarding how to proceed if a president elect shall have failed to qualify. Issues regarding qualifications or lack thereof can be laid before the voting public before the election and, once the election is over, can be raised as objections as the electoral votes are counted in Congress.

Gentlemen, these are of course all facts of which you are aware.  I am asking that you enforce our Constitutional law.  I am asking that you refuse to certify this election until the question of Mr. Obama/Soetoro's citizenship is answered.

I swore an oath, Gentlemen, as did you.  I am in hopes that, as my elected representatives, you can do more to protect this oath for the citizenry than I can.

I wrote this letter to the attention of these two particular representatives because, in the event that Obama usurps power, they will be largely "untouchable" due to the fact that this is their final term in office.

I will send e-mail copies of this post to the addressed representatives, and I will print and mail hard copies to be received by their offices not later than January 6, 2009.

When Civil War II Erupts, Will It Be Reported?

Is Barack Hussein Obama Constitutionally eligible to assume the Office of The President of The United States of America?

A very, very good question. A question that has been, quite disturbingly, ignored by the supposed "mainstream media". A question that deserves an answer.

There are already two (or more) very capable bLoggers reporting on this story for us here on MyFox Colorado, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank and congratulate Dizzee and Toadie, as well as many other bLoggers, for their tireless efforts. Patriots of the First Order, folks like these may well be remembered as heroes of the information age should this story end up being factual and we avert a National crisis by sitting a foreign national as President.

Some of these bLoggers will be regarded as true journalists, should they prove to have succeeded in educating the American public where the pathetic mainstream media has failed so miserably.

The last thing I want to do is step on these fine bLogger’s toes by adding to the "Born Conspiracy" debate. The purpose of this post is to call out the national media for failing the Citizens of The United States of America by ignoring this story, and by failing to report it to the public.

Here are some of the facts that the MSM are not telling you:

Obama and the Democratic National Convention (DNC) have let a December 1st deadline slip by without responding to Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg's petition for writ of certiorari demanding Obama produce a legitimate birth certificate to document his eligibility for office.

If you are more familiar with the average-citizen level of court process, this is also known as "failure to appear". If you are called to court, and you fail to appear, you are considered guilty by the courts.  They also put out a warrant for your arrest, unless you are an "untouchable messiah".

This is an important development, one that has been largely ignored by the MSM.

Here are a few other developments you may or may not have heard of, depending on whom you trust to provide you with the relevant truth:

Obama’s "certificate of live birth" is fraudulent, a fact which has been proved by several documents experts.

My point, as I may have mentioned, was this:

WHY IS THE MSM NOT REPORTING ON THIS STORY?

Even the Russian newspaper, Pravda, recently featured a column about "The Man with No Visible Past".  I guess it just goes to show you, if you want the truth about what is going on in America, ask the Russian media, true defenders of the First Amendment.

Why does Obama continue to refuse to let the Citizens of The United States of America know the truth about his past? Why won’t the MSM report on this question? If we can no longer trust the MSM to provide us with the relevant truth, then whom can we trust?

At this point, I’m trusting Dizzee, and almost no one else.

Obama is causing a National crisis with his continued obstruction of the facts, and if he continues to do so it will create a crisis of catastrophic proportions. Please, read on:

Edwin Vieira, a constitutional lawyer who has practiced for 30 years and holds four degrees from Harvard, said if it were to be discovered Mr. Obama were not eligible for the presidency, it would cause many problems. They would be compounded if his ineligibility were discovered after he had been in office for a period of time.

"Let's say we go a year into this process, and it all turns out to be a flim-flam," said Mr. Vieira. "What's the nation's reaction to that? What's going to be the reaction in the next U.S. election? God knows. It has almost revolutionary consequences, if you think about it."

"If he were my client and this question came up in civil litigation, if there was some reason that his birth status was relevant and the other side wanted him to produce the thing and he said 'no,' I would tell him, 'you have about 15 minutes to produce it or sign the papers necessary to produce the document, or I'm resigning as your attorney," said Mr. Vieira. "I don't think any ethical attorney would go ahead on the basis that his client could produce an objective document in civil litigation [and refused to do so]."

There is no good, legitimate reason for Obama to continue to hide his past. He can do all the legal do-se-dos he wants, but at the end of the day there is NO GOOD REASON for him to continue to deceive the American People.  NONE.

Please, MyFox (and all the rest of you liberal mouthpieces), report on this story. To fail to do so would put you in a very, very bad light with the American people. Report the facts. Report the NEWS. You WILL be held accountable for your actions, should you continue in your attempts to deceive the American people.

Reporting from Houston -- A week after the election of the nation's first black president, gun buyers across the country are flocking to gun stores to stock up on assault rifles, handguns and ammunition.

Some say they are worried that the incoming administration of President-elect Barack Obama will attempt to re- impose the ban on assault weapons that expired in 2004. Others fear the loss of their right to own handguns. A few say they are preparing to protect themselves in the event of a race war.

But whatever the reason, gun dealers in red and blue states alike say they've never seen anything like the run on weaponry they've been experiencing since election day, surpassing the days after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

"People are terrified of losing their right to protect themselves," said DeWayne Irwin, owner of Cheaper Than Dirt, a large gun store in Fort Worth. "The volume is 10 times what we ever expected. It started with assault rifles, but at this point, people are buying ammunition, high capacity magazines, Glocks -- it's all flying off the shelf.

"With the economy the way it is, people are worried about instability. They are scared of civil unrest."

There are no nationwide figures on gun sales available yet to document a post-election trend, and the number of pre-purchase background checks conducted by the FBI -- a major barometer of national gun sales -- actually rose more slowly through Oct. 31 of this year than during comparable periods in 2007 and 2006.

But anecdotal reports from around the nation suggest the sudden surge of November gun-buying is far surpassing the normal hunting-season spike that often occurs at this time of year.

At the Memorial Shooting Center in Houston, a popular gun store and firing range that shares a building with a church, managers said they sold out their stock of assault weapons a day after the election and are now adding orders, at more than $1,000 each, to a monthlong waiting list.

In Colorado, state authorities said they set a record for background checks on gun purchasers on the Saturday before the election -- and the requests have been growing ever since.

Not every gun enthusiast is so worried. Mark Greene, a hunter and member of Gun Owners for Obama, led a grass-roots campaign for the Democratic nominee in Tarrant County, Texas. Greene said he regarded fears of a looming ban on assault weapons as unfounded.

"People are being pretty reactionary," Greene said. "There's a small contingent of folks in and out of the gun-owning community concerned that Obama's election is such a revolutionary change that it could portend mayhem. I think it's hysteria."

Obama's record on gun rights is conflicting enough to give ammunition to either side.

Obama's campaign website said he "respects the constitutional rights of Americans to bear arms" and promised that he would "protect the rights of hunters and other law-abiding Americans to purchase, own, transport and use guns."

Seeking to reassure gun owners, Obama told a campaign audience in Ohio in October: "I will not take your shotgun away. I will not take your rifle away. I won't take your handgun away."

But Obama has also said he favors "common sense" gun laws, and as an Illinois state legislator he voted to support a ban on semi-automatic assault weapons and tighter restrictions on all firearms. He has said in the past that he opposes allowing gun owners to carry concealed weapons.

The sum of those positions prompted the National Rifle Assn. to warn its members during the campaign that Obama "would be the most anti-gun president in American history."

Obama "says he's in favor of common sense gun laws," Irwin said. "Well, what people up north think is common sense is something different from us down here in Texas. The criminals have all this illegal stuff. I don't want to fight them with a handgun if I can get an AK. I'm entitled to that. I should be able to defend my home."

I often wonder, when reading stories like this, if we will recognize the early stages of Civil War II when we see them.

The economy is worsening. Crime rates are up.

20 million illegal aliens roam our streets. Illegal aliens facing a dwindling job market, evaporation of construction jobs, and few prospects. They have also, by and large, demonstrated a significant lack of respect for our Nation’s laws (as well as the fundamental rules of society).

Racial tension is as high as it has ever been.

One perspicacious blogger, whose posts should be required reading for every ObamaZombie, has noted that Obama’s Presidency may not be Constitutional due to his citizenship status, and could actually be decertified by the Electoral College.

If Obama is not elgible to be President, then it is very, very important that he not be allowed to take office. If he is refused office due to his immigration status, then the ObamaZombies will take to the streets. Count on it. There will be riots, and they won’t be pretty.

The citizenry is arming itself on a historical scale.

People are afraid. The justification (or lack thereof) for their fear is irrelevant. What is important to understand is the fact that scared people make mistakes. Scared people do things that they later regret. Scared people are not always rational.

Some folks will brand the recitation of facts such as these as "fearmongering". Nothing wrong with paying attention to the world around you, I say.

Some folks will also decry the arming of America.

Those folks were probably never Boy Scouts.

Illegal Drivers No Longer Allowed to Drive Illegally

I know, it sounds like a headline straight out of The Onion, but this is a true story.

This is also REALLY good news for us law-abiding Americans.

Let me give you a little background:

Here in Denver, we are cursed with "sanctuary city" status.  This means that, if illegal aliens successfully make it to Denver, they have very little chance of being deported.  They can access many types of American taxpayer funded social services, including free health care.  They can get free, special-needs education for their children, also cheerfully provided by the American People (perhaps not so much in the case of yours truly ;-), they can import the very worst parts of their failed society with them, such as chronic drug use, pedophelia, rampant alcoholism, and random violence...

...And they can drive.  Without the cumbersome burdens of a license or insurance. 

I know, driving may seem like an insignificant issue in the big picture that is illegal immigration, but illegals (and others) driving without any sort of license to do so undermine the entire transportation system.  People without a license have absolutely no business on the road, they are a hazard to themselves and others.

That may sound like "common sense" to you, but here in Sanctuary City things are a bit more complicated.  How could we be a Sanctuary City of we make the illegals take the bus?  Well, we don't...Or didn't, anyway.  We allowed illegals to drive around, without any formal training, putting the lives of Americans at risk every day.  Sure, police would still pull over illegals, but the process would go something like this:

-Police pull over an unlicensed driver.

-Police ticket driver for driving without a license, but still let him drive away after giving it to him.  Seriously.

-Court day comes, and the unlicensed driver fails to appear.  Contain your surprise.

Enter Initiated Ordinance 100.   Here's the actual wording of the initiative from the ballot:

Shall the voters of the City and County of Denver adopt an ordinance requiring that a motor vehicle operated by an unlicensed driver be impounded, and that releasing such vehicle shall require that the owner post a two-thousand five-hundred dollar bond to insure no licensed driver operates such vehicle for a period of one year and pay a one-hundred dollar impoundment land acquisition fee?

So what is wrong with that?  These people blow off court and keep on driving, so why don't we start enforcing this law?  Who, in their right mind, can defend the position that people without a driver's license should be allowed to drive? 

These were the questions I asked myself, as I went to my polling place yesterday.  I was absolutely certain that this ordinace would fail, but I wanted my voice heard on this one. 

The people who opposed it read like a who's who of the anti-America movement in Colorado.  LaRaza pumped a lot of money into getting out the "No" vote.  Chickenpooper and all his stooges were/are violently opposed to the enforcement of ANY laws on illegals.  Wanna guess how Ritter felt?  One Brown Supremecist in Government Office called the ordinace "nazi".  Given the hyper-liberal climate in Denver, I figured 100 had exactly zero chance.

Imagine my surprise when I heard that I.O. 100 had PASSED!  Yippeeee!  Go US!

Effective very soon, police will be required to impound the vehicles driven by illegal aliens, chronic DUI's, and the other assorted lawbreakers.  REQUIRED.  No more of this "here's your ticket, adios!" charade.  We, the tax-paying law-abiding LEGAL citizens of the United States of America, will take away your car if you drive it on our streets illegally.

I iknow, it's a small step, but it's a step nontheless.

I though that only white people could be guilty of racism!

Bill Richardson, the presumptive Vice Presidential nominee of the Democratic Party, made a stop in Denver last week trying to garner votes for his messiah, the B. Hussein Obama.

Richardson, an Hispanic, made a series of "unfortunate" comments during his visit.

Over plates of tamales at a local illegal alien hangout, Richardson endorsed Obama to his fellow Hispanics by virtue of this philosophy:

"He's a minority.  He's one of us."

Excuse me, "one of US"?  Does he mean "one of US" as opposed to "one of THEM"? 

And who, exactly, would "THEM" be,  Bill?  Do you mean Americans in general or whites in particular?  Did you forget that B. Hussein is half white, and therefore one of "them"?

For a man wanting to be President, Obsama sure does have a lot of racist friends, doesn't he?

For a man claiming to want to bridge the racial divide, he sure has a lot of friends building walls instead of bridges, doesn't he?

...and this guy claims to be a uniter?!?

Phil Graham was called out nationally, repeatedly, and very nastily for suggesting that we were "whining" about the economy.  Graham, who has no place in the McCain campaign, was ridiculed ad nauseum for his comment, as was McCain.

Have you even heard about Richardson's racist comments?  Probably not.  If you heard any more about Obama's racist friends, allies, and advisors, he would have no chance of being elected.  NO CHANCE. 

That's why the media won't tell you about it.

We are in a dangerous time, folks.  We have a racist individual that wants to be President, a man who has been subjected to "hate America" brainwashing since he was a young boy.  The worst part is, we have a media tool that is in love with him, and will stop at nothing to see him in the White House.

Tell your neighbors, tell your friends.  GET OUT THE VOTE.  The same stupid little twits that put Sanjaya into the American Idol Finals will be out voting for this Obama hater and his racist buddies, you need to make sure that your American friends and neighbors are out voting to counteract them.   Talk to your friends, talk to your neighbors, talk to anyone that is one of "us".  Drive them to the polls, if necessary.

We need to win this election, for the future of Americans (and white people).

After all, it's US versus THEM.

Did you happen to catch Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper's "State of the City" address today? 

The powers that be decided to start things off with "The Star Spangled Banner", a tune some consider appropriate for the event.

They hired a local jazz singer, a Ms. Rene Marie, to perform the National Anthem.  Unfortunately, Ms. Marie chose to turn her performance into a political and racial statement, singing the "black national anthem" instead. 

No, really.

Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper says he doesn’t think the woman brought in to sing the National Anthem at his State of the City Address meant to offend anyone or be disrespectful.  He says his staff didn’t know she would not sing the National Anthem.

Before the Mayor’s speech in the atrium of the Webb Building, a singer named Rene Marie was introduced to sing the National Anthem.  Miss Marie sang the lyrics to the Black National Anthem, set to the tune of the Star Spangled Banner.   Denver City Councilman Charlie Brown says he was shocked and disappointed. Brown thinks anyone who is asked to sing the National Anthem should have sung the National Anthem, and not another song.

Now, the Mayor's office expressed much surprise that their choice of vocalists would choose to turn this event into an activists's platform. 

It doesn't look to me like they did their homework.

If you go to Ms. Marie's website, she describes herself as an activist in the very first sentence.  You don't have to read very far to understand that she is a racist as well.

A Harris County grand jury on Monday ended the rancorous seven-month debate over Pasadena resident Joe Horn's decision to gun down two illegal immigrant burglars in his front yard, concluding the act was a justifiable use of deadly force and not murder.

The grand jury heard two weeks of testimony from witnesses, including Horn. They likely also heard his breathless 911 call, during which the increasingly frustrated retiree ignored a dispatcher's pleas to stay inside and out of harm's way. The Nov. 14 call ended with the sound of Horn racking a shell into his 12-gauge shotgun's chamber followed by three gunshots that killed Colombians Diego Ortiz, 30, and Hernando Riascos Torres, 38.

Each man was shot in the back. They had taken about $2,000 in the burglary.

Horn's defense hinged on his assertion that he fired out of fear for his life, making the shooting justifiable under Texas law. The law also permits the use of deadly force to protect property under some circumstances.

District Attorney Ken Magidson said he couldn't comment on the grand jury's secret proceedings.

"In Texas, a person has a right to use deadly force in certain circumstances to protect property ... and that's basically what the grand jurors had to deal with," Magidson said.

After the announcement, Horn's attorney said his 62-year-old client was no vigilante.

"Joe was not some sort of wild cowboy," Tom Lambright said. "He was trying to help police. He was put in a situation where he didn't have any choice."

Lambright said Horn was "relieved" the investigation was over and he was cleared. "When I talked to him on the telephone I could hear it in his voice — not giddy, just relieved."

Others decried the decision as a miscarriage of justice.

Frank Ortiz, a member of the local League of United Latin American Citizens chapter, said he hopes federal authorities investigate the case further.

"That's amazing that they would no-bill him with so much evidence against him," Ortiz said. "It's amazing to me that anyone with a Hispanic surname cannot get justice. This was no more than a vigilante."

We can go on all day about whether or not Mr. Horn did the right thing, because any freedom-loving fool can see that he did.  We are a nation of laws here in the good 'ole US of A, and the illegals really need to start accepting that fact.

My biggest problem with this story is the way it was reported by the "impartial" Associated Press.  In the AP version of the story, the reporter, a Mr. Juan A. Lozano, chose to embellish his version of events with outright lies.  In Mr. Lozano's version, the 911 call went something like this:

"Don't go outside the house," the 911 operator pleaded. "You're going to get yourself shot if you go outside that house with a gun. I don't care what you think."

"You want to make a bet?" Horn answered. "I'm going to kill them."

Now, I've been reading the actual transcript of the 911 call, and I'm not seeing anything that remotely matches those words.  So it looks to me like the AP is trying REAL HARD to convict this patriot after he's been found innocent. 

The media has a resonsibility to report the TRUTH.  To report the FACTS.  I mean, this AP weasel flat-out LIED.  He turned this patriot into a first-degree murderer, and I have yet to see anyone call him on it.

Someone should, and someone just did.

Have you heard about Colorado Senate Bill 200?  

It would not surprise me in the least if you haven't, it is the most dangerous piece of legislation to pass in America this year,

...and the libtards in charge don't want  you to know about it.

You see, SB 200 makes it illegal to discriminate against any person based on their sexual nature.  It sounds innocent and "lovey-dovey-liberal" enough, but it will have some very dangerous side-effects. 

You see, SB 200 expands “anti-discrimination” laws to cover sexual orientation, meaning not only homosexuality or bisexuality, but also “transgender status or another person’s perception thereof.” 

"Another person's perception."  Pretty broad description, don't you think? 

So do the sexual predators.

Since transgender status is purely a matter of self-identification, we normal folks in polite society really have no way of knowing who amongst us feels that they are transgender.

So the big problem with this bill is that it allows these self-described "transgenders" to visit whatever women’s bathrooms, health club showers, bathhouses, and any other “public accommodation" they feel comfortable in.

Effective immediately: If a sexual predator likes hanging out in women's bathrooms, all they have to do is claim "transgender" status, and they're in...

...and it's against the law for you to keep them out.

It's too late to do something about this travesty of American Justice, Bill Ritter happily (and very, very quietly) signed it into law this week. 

All you can do at this point is to vote out the liberal morons that want you to share your bathroom with perverts.  Or maybe you're "into" that sort of thing, in which case you will vote Democrat regardless.

As for me, here is my personal message to the tens of thousands of sexual predators that are at this very moment flocking to the only State in America that enables this sort of deviant nature:

Yesterday, B. Hussein Obama made a point to criticize John McCain because a fundraiser held at a private home was not open to the public.

Osama claimed that the reason the public wasn’t invited was because President Bush was there, and that Senator McCain didn’t want any pictures of the two together.  The reason could  have been that Obama’s buddies have demonstrated, over and over, their complete inability to conduct themselves like civilized human beings in a political atmosphere (four freak sideshows in ONE speech), but let’s say for the moment that he’s right.

How "damaging" is a picture of President Bush and Senator McCain together?

If you've been following the circus that was the 2008 Colorado State Legislature session, you know that the taxpaying (and "feepaying") citizens of Colorado have been under a relentless attack from the liberal tax-and-spend State Government that YOU elected.

More and more taxes for education, even though voters doubled the size of education spending just three years ago...and then doubled it again when Referendum C produced windfalls of tax money that no one could have predicted.  And when the liberals hiked property taxes in Denver to support the burden that illegal aliens have placed on our education system, they called it a tax "freeze".

Unbelievable amounts of tax money are put into the category of "roads" every year, yet we are hit again and again with more taxes for roads.  Except now they call them "fees".  Every time (EVERY FRICKIN' TIME) I drive through a construction zone, most (if not all) of the workers are busy holding up shovels.  Pay attention driving though all the cone zones this summer, tell me I'm wrong. 

The liberals in charge of this State have truly gone mad with power, taxing and spending their way to Utopia at the expense of Coloradans already burdened by high gas prices, insane fuel prices, unemployment, and a (GASP!) recession.

And now the gloves have come off.

Andrew Romanoff, Colorado's answer to Nancy Pelosi and a BIG fan of taking your money, is pushing very, very hard to get the spending limits imposed by the taxpayers of Colorado revoked.

If you thought that they were getting WAY out of control with their new and improved taxes, understand this: 

The Democrats have already been operating under spending limits imposed by the voters of Colorado. 

 Now they want those spending limits removed, so that they can tax you completely at will.   

After all, they know what is "best" for you.

Douglas Bruce (who I'll be the first to admit is not the best ambassador for anyone) is looking out for the taxpayer.  He called Romanoff's attempts to tax you into bankruptcy "unlimited state spending forever".  Nothing controversial in that remark, folks.  It's just the plain old truth.

If you like paying more taxes, by all means please elect some more Dimocrats this November.  

I would rather see some accountability for the billions of dollars that are already being spent.

Curry, but she has gone into hiding after her efforts to import another 25,000 illegals and outlaw free speech.  She's not too busy hiding from her constituency to tax us some more, however (her next project is to make it illegal to NOT join a Union...good job, Gunnison!).
