Ok, Fox please read this....I have learned so much from Rob since I started blogging on here. He has taken the time to answer my questions and show us how weather develops etc. I also attended the blog party, where he took the time to not only sign autographs with us but talk to us.

I love to watch the news because I feel it is so much more personal having the access we have through this blog to chat with the personalities. They are not just people on the tv screen anymore. Please don't change the way things are!

Thank you!

Amen, Pac! I couldn't agree more. Rob and David are the creme de la creme of the Philly market... FOX29 should think twice before allowing either to leave. Both Rob and David have dedicated so much of themselves to the community, to the viewers and especially to the bloggers. There aren't any other Mets in the Philadelphia market they give so much to educating and informing the viewers. Kudos to Rob Guarino and David Aldrich, as well as Jim Nichols! Don't mess with success!

John Bolaris can provide better ratings though.

You are clueless lukesdad.

Great blog Flyerspac! Fox 29 weather mets rule and are just fine the way they are. They are the best!

Sep 18, 2007 | 7:46 AM Good point, flyerspac.

Tough to make a blanket statement for everyone, as rainfall has been variable across the region.

I hope to speak to an arborist later today.

I as well hope that Rob does not leave, or any of the other FOX 29 Meteorologists. I believe that the FOX 29 weather team is the best weather team in the Philadelphia market, and it just wouldn't be the same if one of them left. Rob has been here forever; he definitely shouldn't leave.
