Once again I must comment on Ms.Spears.

So, they took the boys. I never thought that phrase would upset me like it has. I'll just say it. The media has destroyed this young girls life. How sad it is that they would basically follow this girl to her grave(metaphorically). First of all,she is not the worst parent ever, but they've made her seem that way. It's real easy to sit at home and judge someone from afar. It's real easy to say what we would do if we were her. But,we are not her. We have NO idea what it's like to be Brittany Spears everyday. Would we care about her behavior if she lived down the street form us? I mean,if she was regular old Brittany from Texas, minus the fame, would we really give a damn?

I know some young single parents myself, that party just as hard as Brit. They're kids(more than 2)basically live with aunts and grandmas because they go to clubs all week. These family members have to get they're kids to school sometimes because they aren't in yet or they're in some drunken coma from the night before. People that keep a house full of friends, drinking and smoking, when they do have the kids. I mean 24/7 party parents! And the worlds' talikng about Brit. True, she didn't do all that she had to keep the boys, but give the girl a break. A whole lot has goe on in this young womans' life in the past 2-3 years, all of which has heavily broadcast. And because of how quickly she was thrown into the spotlight, she isn't mature enough to deal with all that is coming at her. When you have so much at such a young age,you are used to doing some things without consequence. We all want to say she should know better by now, but really should she? 25 is not as old as you think. How many of us had it totally together at that age? I know I didn't,and I had a kid and still lived at home.

I just think that now is the time for her mom to step back into her life. I know they had a fall out,but you should never abandon your daughter. She really needs some love and guidance now. I think that if her and Lynn got back on the right track, she will be able to get her life back. She's lost in a world created by the media. She doesn't have a real life anymore. She needs to get that back.

O.K. I know in my last blog entry, I wasn't very kind to Ms.Spears. But the things that have been occuring since then concerning Brit have really pissed me off! Now, although we all saw her crash on national T.V, the things I'm talking about have nothing to do with her singing career, it's her "personal" issues. It is ticking me off the way everyone tries to get their 15 minutes off of others grief.

Why are all of her X-employees coming forward now with all of these allegations of her misconduct around her kids? Why not say it while you're an employee? Why not as the nannny or manny, didn't you say something then? Now that she's in the middle of a custody battle, people want to start revealing things. They keep saying there was some drug use in front of the kids and some nudity. As far as the nudity, who cares! My kids have seen me naked more times than I can count, and for varoius reasons. And the drugs, where's your proof? What kind of drugs are you talking about? Not that any drugs, especially around your kids is good, but some drugs have different methods of consumption, Was she taking pills, smoking a crack pipe or marijuana, were the kids present or did she just come in from parties loaded and they just assumed she was high? What's the real story?

I really feel bad for her. There is nothing in the world worst to do to a mother than try to take her babies away. And as a parent of 2 myself, I can openly admit that I'm not, nor is any parent I know perfect. I know a couple of women that are way less attentive to their kids than Brit. It just sucks that this poor girls' life is under the microscope. If she was regular old Brittany Spears from Texas, no fame & fortune, would the world care what she was doing wrong or otherwise with those kids? If she lived in some trailer park or ghetto in Texas with those boys, would we give a damn? Would everyone be coming forward to out her behavior and call her a bad parent? My guess is probably not! I totally feel that if the media just left her alone, she can get back on track.

OMG!

What the hell was that? Now, I was rooting for Brit and this return performance, but was she high or drunk? Or maybe she really didn't want to be there,I couldn't tell. I'm sure her reall fans were so pissed off,at least I know I would be. She was just kind of going through the motions like she was rehearsing or something. She wasn't sharp or working the crowd. The other artists were even looking confused. I think they were waiting for something better than that. So many artists on the red carpet said that they were rooting for her and waiting for the performance. But, what happened?

I 'almost' hate to say it,but,I think Brit needs to cash in her chips on being a pop star and concentrate on being a great mom. She has the money and resources to be a spectacular mom. As sad as it sounds, she has done pretty much everything that a young person can do as far as partying and going out. Now is the time to change her focus for those boys. Because after last night,I don't know how her career is going to recover. Sorry Brit.
