Free energy? This is an interesting topic. Can we harness the power of a lighting bolt? Some say a lighting bolt can power a city for years. Though I disagree with that statement (power = voltage * current), a discharge is only a few milliseconds (thousandths of a second). Interesting topic though....

Electrons -

That was an interesting read.

There are people currently supplementing their autombile gas tanks with hydrogen which is drawn from a resevoir of water. It's a little more complicated than that, but not much.
I'm told that if you google "HHO" (I haven't done it yet) there are a number of sites that tell you how.

For an interesting read, check out a book entitled "The Hunt for Zero Point" by Nick Cook.
