when i first heard the news about the doc killed by the tire.  I was apalled by the fact that the gave the year and make of the car ( so everyone knew he was important) because how many of us working stiffs can aford a car like that?  It makes it seem that because he was a doctor he was more important than someone driving a neon or any other of the millions of mid market cars on the road!  And to ask officer F of Jackson his opinion of the lost wheel is rediculous what does he know about driving a semi?  Just because he is DOT certified dose not make him an authority on tractor trailors.  THE DRIVER OF THAT SEMI DID WHAT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BY DOT RULES THE REAL PROBLEM IS THE PERSON WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO DO THE MAINTANINCE ON THAT TRACTOR.
