Biker movies and songs have been in the making since I was young and Bikers has been reflected in many different aspects and descriptions.   Now it has become a growing trend among so many today that even the Biker Clubs that started a long time ago has become out numbered by what I call Free Riders!

"Bikers are unruly" >> "Bikers are BAD" >> "Bikers are Evil" >> "Bikers are threatening and dangerous" >> "Bikers are destructive" >> "Bikers Rule" >> "Bikers are helpful and supportive" >> "Bikers are influential" >> "Bikers are criminals" >> "Bikers are free riders"......and so on and so on, I've heard them all!

I am a biker and very PROUD of it and have always looked up to Bikers since I was little, even started riding motorcycles since the age of 6 because I have always been around Bikers and motorcycles through members of my family....I still ride strong even today because I have felt that aspect of freedom with the wind!

There have been a number of different versions of Bikers and I try to watch and collect all that I can because it is a big part of me.    Some just watch them because they can be exciting and interesting, and some don't care to because they don't like Bikers period and some (like me) watch them because its a Biker movie with Bikers!   Well my favorite movies covers allot of titles so instead of giving you the whole long list, here are just a few....

Wow have you been busy posting stuff or what?? YOU GO GIRL!!
I have never had any interest in riding a bike. I do know several friends and neighbors that do ride and they are very responsible and caring people. I think the early biker movies sent the wrong message about people on bikes. So far the only movie I've seem was Easy rider.

Yep I know I've went crazy with all the posts but I felt inspired to getting some things out here lately and I have found its a good releaf to just let it go! LOL I guess I have gone a little overboard then usual, but OH WELL. Oh and another thanks for not holding it against me for being a Biker and for your nice comment!

I dunno about favorite biker movies, but my favorite biker song is: "Screaming Night Hog" by Steppenwolf. I love that song.

I myself have only been on a bike once and it was ages ago. BUT.. I think Harley's are cool as fudge!!! My 2 year old son loves bikes, tho. he always yells, MOTORCYCLE!" when he sees one.

di, it's been so long since I've seen the movie.I believe that it was UP IN SMOKE and Tommy Chong had a chopped Honda 750 on a stand in the living room,with the open pipes exhausting through a side window. When he wanted to go for a ride,he turned on a fan to keep the engine cool and the wind in his face.HE'D fire up his scooter and never leave the living room. Probably not practical for most people, but definately the work of a very creative mind! Like the blog and have fun girl!

Meb...I know the movie very well, teehee! I remember that Honda 750, just gave mine away to a girl, it would be her first bike and her boyfriend is going to restore it for her....I know...why did I give it to her? Well, it needed alot of work, the motor still held compression, and I told him and her that just to know it is back on the road doing it's thing and they are willing to get it to that point then they can have it. It was a 79! It was born to be wild and did go alot of places and I hope it will continue for her as well.

Scooter folks of today are the best !!!! They take the time to make sure that people are taken care of. Especially if it is in their neck of the woods. The attitude of Bikers Being Sheep Raping Town Destroying People is mainly a Hollwierd Myth. Look at walking the plank in pirate flicks. Just did not happen.
Music from biker flickes Has to Be "Easy Rider" and the song would have to be "If six were Nine" To those wh ride My hat is off to you!!! People are afraid of what they do not understand. I used to ride but I got the Broken Wing Syndrome. I probably will never ride again but my heart and soul are still in it for the long haul. Just if you are in a cage (CAR) Please be aware of bikers that are on the roads. Ya never know that biker you cut off might save ya life one day. Most Execellent Post Di !!! I can say that when I used to wait tables in a local bar that bikers tip the best of any class of people and were definitely, by far the most polite. I have a pretty good opinion of bikers.
