Excuse me while I whip this out.

Here is a rap that was released this week that you might interesting.

We're aware that the Celtics beat the Lakers to win their seventeenth NBA championship. Kobe Bryant, the league's MVP, didn't have a great series for the Lakers who were making their first trip to the finals since 2004.

Meanwhile, back in 2006 Shaquille O'Neal and the Miami Heat won the NBA title. Shaq has four rings, Kobe has three (all won while playing with Shaq on the Lakers).

Since their acrimonious departure, Shaq has won one NBA title, Kobe has zero. So Shaq felt the urge to hop up on a stage somewhere and freestyle rap about that. He claims to have done this in jest, but considering how the two guys didn't like one another all that much when they were teammates, it's hard to believe him.

Hi ddain,
Never was a Shaq fan either, just really feel that the Lakers were so messed up by all this bickering back biting and yeah this does not help, Shaq was wrong & Kobe too I feel...

Brenda...thanks for the note. I changed the video so it should be good to go now.

More people sympathized with Shaq over the years, and felt he was more the "victim" than Kobe was when they were bickering. But now, this tip the scales into Kobe's favor a bit more.

Totally ddain,
In Kobe's corner cuz he is a Laker..oh just wishing we had a coach that could show this team they can and deserved to win, seems they lost something there..then all the bad calls all the stuff that happened.. I just feel the Lakers had gotten so far & then all relied on Kobe.. when all should play some awesome ball Shaq was a fave among the kids more too I feel..humbled of course in my opinions.

Kobe isn't a Laker! Kobe is only about Kobe. The Lakers traded their championship away when they got rid of Shaq-Foo. Obvioulsy, Kobe can't win a championship without Shaq. This clown rapes a chick in Colorado and the old lady was a dancer on Snoop Dogg videos....nuff said...

I think that it is great that Sheriff Joe took away Shaq,s Cop Badges for what he said in a public forum. Shaq has tons of dough and no class. Now he doesn't have his badges, either.

shaq is more selfish,jealous,immature and unprofessional than kobe.
he just proved it----we rented shaq.
kobe is our son , love him or hate --just dont be a fair weather fan.
at least kobe shows up in shape unlike shaq!!

kobe haters will not be allowed to cheer when he brings home the GOLD MEDAL this summer,something that couldnt be done by our last 3 teams!!

Puny ain't wrong again ! There is quite a difference between innocent and guilty verdicts ! You only call Kobe a rapist because of your hatred towards Blacks. Your tirade on Mexicans went on and on for about a year. You know absolutely nothing about sports. You voted for dubbya / dumbo twice ! Kobe and Lebron are hands down the two best and biggest talents in the NBA ! Shaq is PATHETIC ! I can hit 83 % of my free throws which is twice the percentage by Shaq. Shaq is old, he is bitter and can't even play a cop in Arizona because of his dumb-ahss rap. Kobe is the man, he will win three more titles and then he will stand in the Hall like Jordan ! Puny ain't , go peddle your racist hatred somewhere else ! This is a sports forum, so take your hatred because of the color of Kobe's skin back to your trailer park !
