When you have a toddler at home, you often find yourself not watching the mature, adult-oriented programming you enjoyed when there were no kids around. Instead, you watch the Disney Channel a lot and plenty of Nickelodeon. I consider myself lucky that my daughter isn't interested in Hannah Montana yet, since I can't afford tickets to her shows. But there are other programs that I watch with her and after a while, you start to find some redeeming qualities in this kiddie programming.

Lisa J. Lennox can easily be considered one of Canada's finest babes of the small screen, dazzling us daily with her singing and dancing. She is clearly the cream of the Canadian crop when it comes to kid shows from the Great White North, eh? You can see her on "The Doodlebops" where she plays Deedee Doodle. She looks much better without the pink makeup and unflattering purple dress. If she ever came to this country, she could be the most popular Canadian export since hockey.

But let's shift our attention to another part of the world, and another TV show that I now watch on a nearly daily basis thanks to my  daughter.

Meet Caterina Mete!!!

This little Aussie pocket rocket is one of the world famous Wiggly Dancers on the show, "The Wiggles." Always smiling and shaking her short frame, 27-year-old Caterina not only shows off her boundless energy as a highly-trained dancer, but she has an occasional speaking role at the end of the program, often telling us that she hopes we enjoyed the show.

Yes Caterina...we did.

She has her own appreciation web page on MSN, which is a little odd but still, it's a testament to her rising popularity.

I think she's on tour now with the Wiggles, shaking her toned butt and legs all over the world. So Caterina if you read this,  please let me know if you can make a house call to my living room. It pays well....but lose the red coat.

Thumbs up Caterina...and a g'day to the rest of you.

The kids shows in Mexico have them all beat! Where else can you learn the ABC's from a bikini clad blonde with 36DD's? Viva education!

growing up for me, it was amy jo johnson from the fox show "the mighty morhping power rangers". nothing hotter then a valley girl that knows how to dress, do the splits, practices gymnastics, plays the guitar as she sings folk rock, and kicks butt. go pink ranger!

And I think Amy Jo posed nude for Playboy, did she not?

Where can I see some of that Mexican education?

i'm not sure if she did, but have seen some black and white nude pic's of her on the net, plus on her very own website she has some pic's that do show boobage and stuff. but later on she removed most of those pic's. totally sucks. but whatever. but yeah, now she's a folk rock singer.

as for mexican education, well why do you think mexicans are able to mutiple like jack rabbits. we learn from a early age.

I wonder why Spanish TV and radio in the U.S. aren't regulated by the FCC like everyone else is.

Im sure you all enjoy watching them. If you dont u must be jelous I think its a great way to educate both adults and children. I know you all enjoy it in secret :) muahaahaha
Another thing, Disney might make ur kids become materialistic or simply gay, u never know. Not that im against it. idk im killing time before i eat :)

Screw the FCC!!

yeah, i'm not into disney tv really, but i do enjoy their cartoons, and animated films. some of their older films too like "the parent trap", "freaky friday", and "swiss family robinsons", but i hate their tv shows like "that's so raven". no way in hell i'm ever letting my son (if i ever have one) watch high school musical. no way ever. that's just way beyond sick.

It's also funny how the FCC sues Howard Stern for millions of dollars for saying the word "vagina" on the air while Mexican radio uses filthy curse words in Spanish ever day of the year. Must be another one of those "rights" they demanded.

By the way, isn't Piolin STILL an illegal aliens and doesn't he have a CRIMINAL RECORD for beating up his wife?

Maybe someone should start enforcing the laws in this country for "illegal criminals"? Or is that concept too radical?

Yeah, it's a great way to educate future strippers and prostitutes. Great contribution to America.
