I know i have written posts on other blogs about my brother who is in the Marine Corp having served 3 tours in this awful war, well good news he returned home last Wednesday.  Now i will be praying for the others who are still there suffering due to our presidents deceitful ways.

Please, everyone pray for our troops, we take forgranted all the daily luxuries and comfort we enjoy on a daily basis, sometimes forgetting what they might be suffering and going through on the front lines for us.....

Im so happy that your brother is home, and I will definately pray for those that are still there. We recently adopted a soldier, and the kids are putting together a care package to send! Are you going to be the on the 24th?

Jana - i went on line to adopt a soldier but never heard anything back from the web site. i look everyday and check through the junk mail carefully but nothing yet. i always told my brother to share whatever i sent him, i would love to write and send someone a little something to brighten their day

My Nephew did two tours there and he is also Home and out of the army.....Hopefully all can come Home Soon....Tell your Brother that God smiled on him and he has a plan for him....it is now His move to put that plan in motion..

mechany144 - thanks a bunch, he retires on June 30th, we are all flying to California for his celebration. I saved his voice mail from Wednesday and on the way to work Friday morning i was clearing up my saved messages and happen to hear that message and i just started crying while i was listening already to my favorite Gospel song... it was a great feeling.

mr_wildflower - yeh he has always had a special place in our family. I prayed so hard for his mind, he was in transportation and thats one of the main targets. thanks for your support and remarks...

I've got tons of people on there and I have no clue who they are(which doesn't matter; I'm still thankful to all of them and pray for all of them) but would be nice to have some names with some faces.

foxidiva - thanks, i tried to send him this link in California so he could feel proud to read all of these great responses and support. lets all continue to pray for those left behind, some of them might no have some one to pray for them and it still takes more than one in agreement to get the job done....

Love jazz and watching Hells Kitchen, Top Chef, Top Model, Maury (peternity shows), Judge Mathis and Divorce Court. At the top of this list, I love listening to a good sermon forever increasing my faith in the Lord. Also as you can see, I'm a reality type of girl and on the that topic, make the most of every moment you have with your friends and loved ones it might be your last time in their presence. Memories last a life time while material things come and go.
