Innovate in the USA.  Encourage Doggie Day Camps in Shopping Centers so we can walk and shop in our Communities.  Communitize Capitalism.

Bootsy...I have 2 beautiful labs that I adore..but they are like unruly children. Why would shopping centers want to sponsor "doggie day camps"? If you have doggies they need to be at home...a lot of people are not into stepping into poop in parking lots and smelling dogs. If you want to take your dogs to "camp" call the people who get PAID to run camps and take care of your pups. When I go shopping, I just want to get into and out of the stores...then go home and love on my pups who have spent the time I was shopping, napping.

So don't take them shopping. Why post that you don't want to do that? I do know there are shopping areas where there are doggy day camps. Just as I said, innovation - capitalism for the community. Actually, my other wish is even better though. A battery operated doggy car crate plus a fail-safe car window vent. That would even be cheaper for me. For some reason, I think hybrid cars can be used for this kind of thinking. Baruch loves the car drive. It helps evolve his brain.

Boots, has anyone ever bothered to point out to you the fact that PETA hates pet owners?Just because you choose to keep a dog as a slave for your own amusement they would line you up against the wall and shoot you.Or did you not know that?

"Enlist your enemies, don't avoid them"

What will you do when you finally realize that your enemies don't want to sign on with you?PETA has you right where they want you.

"you" includes the veterinarians too. At least they can't sue me for free speech, yet. The vets are terrified of them. I love giving PETA press in all matters of animals.

"PETA has you right where they want you."

We can have PETA right where we want PETA. It's a poor rule that doesn't work both ways. Just exactly like an InterLinear Qur'an: Arabic2Hebrew. Which then would be followed by an Arabic cdrom The Trope Trainer.

So then NIMH will also manage PETA after we get that capability to RV our dogs in dog and auto safety. PETA will become our slaves.

Hmm, just did some googling on PETA. They are militaristic. I'm surprised celebrities endorse them. I would think the SPCA would be a more civilized and rational organization. Why wouldn't these celebrities spend their money and reputation with SPCA? Many times I don't research and just rely on instinct because actions speak louder than words. I'm even more glad I deliberately included PETA to lobby for my SafePetCareAmerica innovations;) and PetEnvironmentalTechnologyAmerica;)

Boots said "Many times I don't research and just rely on instinct because actions speak louder than words"

O.K. then, how loud do these words speak?

http://www.petakillsanimals.com/

How about these:

“I don’t use the word 'pet.' I think it’s speciesist language. I prefer 'companion animal.' For one thing, we would no longer allow breeding. People could not create different breeds. There would be no pet shops. If people had companion animals in their homes, those animals would have to be refugees from the animal shelters and the streets. You would have a protective relationship with them just as you would with an orphaned child. But as the surplus of cats and dogs (artificially engineered by centuries of forced breeding) declined, eventually companion animals would be phased out, and we would return to a more symbiotic relationship – enjoyment at a distance.”
— The Harper's Forum Book, Jack Hitt, ed., 1989, p.223

“In the end, I think it would be lovely if we stopped this whole notion of pets altogether.”
— PETA quote in Newsday article

“The bottom line is that people don't have the right to manipulate or to breed dogs and cats... If people want toys, they should buy inanimate objects. If they want companionship, they should seek it with their own kind.”
— PETA quote from Animals magazine

“One day, we would like an end to pet shops and the breeding of animals. [Dogs] would pursue their natural lives in the wild ... they would have full lives, not wasting at home for someone to come home in the evening and pet them and then sit there and watch TV.”

Continued from above:

-PETA quote from The Chicago Daily Herald

“Pet ownership is an absolutely abysmal situation brought about by human manipulation.”
— PETA quote from Harper's article

Here's one of my faves:

“Six million people died in concentration camps, but six billion broiler chickens will die this year in slaughterhouses. [emphasis added]”
— PETA quote from The Washington Post

PETA knows no difference between a chicken being kept for eggs and Jews being kept as Nazi slaves.

How about some more:

“I am not a morose person, but I would rather not be here. I don’t have any reverence for life, only for the entities themselves. I would rather see a blank space where I am. This will sound like fruitcake stuff again but at least I wouldn’t be harming anything.”
— PETA quote from The Washington Post

That last one is another of my faves as it serves to show that PETA doesn't really give a crap about animals. Then again there's my all time favorite PETA quote:

“McVeigh's decision to go vegetarian groups him with some of the world's greatest visionaries.”
— Bruce Friedrich praising Oklahoma City bomber and mass-murderer Timothy McVeigh, for choosing a vegetarian last meal

Amen, in general, Mount..., except 4 this:

pet (1)
"tamed animal," originally Scot. and northern England dial., of unknown origin. Sense of "indulged child" (1508) is recorded slightly earlier than that of "animal kept as a favorite" (1539), but the latter may be the primary meaning. Probably associated with or influenced by petty. The verb is 1629 meaning "treat as a pet;" the sense of "to stroke" is first found 1818. Slang sense of "kiss and caress" is from 1920 (implied in petting, in F. Scott Fitzgerald). Teacher's pet is attested from 1914.

So I don't see the difference between "pet" and "companion". We "pet" each other equally with mutual trust?
