My 1st game of the season...FULL PRICE-PRE-season I might ad!
TICKETS- $38.00x2=78.00
Chicken Fingers,
H/Dog w?Kraut,
2 Cheese Fries,
2 MEDIUM Sodas........=29.50
PARKING on sale @ 7.00
2 bottled waters 7.00
----------------------------
$119.50
Multiply by 25 games= $2987.50
THAT IS ABSOLUTLY INSANE!!!!! Much less if I happen to take in a Cardianls or Rams game this year too!!! Plus IF the Blues go to the playoffs...I might as well try to sell some of my children to pay for the cost of my entertainment!!! From this day forth I WILL NOT buy ANY concession from the Scottrade Center or anywhere else that thinks a beer is worth $8.00!!! I will eat elsewhere even if it means missing the drop of the puck to do it!!!
Anyone else agree??? or am I being a whiner???...I LOVE hockey...but I LOVE $3000.00 more!!!

AND ANOTHER THING!!! Now you dont have to wait for "stoppage in play" before you can go to your seat!!! THANKS FOR THAT!!! What was the matter with instilling a little consideration into the inconsiderate people that will walk in & out anytime??? It didnt kill me to wait there for the whistle.
IT JUST SEEMS WERE GETTIN' ALOT LESS FOR MORE MONEY!!!!!!!!!
END OF RANT...THANKS FOR LISTENING.

We have all said it before but now we need to stick to our word, we are not going to stand for these concession prices! Can you bring a flask into the games? LOL LOL LOL

I bought one thing at the concession stand on Sundays game against Atlanta and the lady was out of most items. I thought wow, the crowd is this small and you are out of food already. I sure would like to know what they plan to do when there are 20,000 fans there, instead of the maybe 5,000 that were there on Sunday. Plus they expected us to pay full price for an item where half of the ingredients werent available (guess what - they ran out of them). So I guess for me it will be eating at home or somewhere downtown before I hit the games

My couch has a great view of the game and my fridge has everything I need during the game.

Oh yea, and most of the time I don't have to stand in line to get into the bathroom. lol

I'm a Patriotic Right-wing extremist that most people find arrogant or offensive because they dont want to hear the truth. The things I say are not meant to insight anger or insult. They are meant to give you alternate views and look at things from a different angle. Sometimes I may respond to a blog being the devils advocate even though I may agree with what has been said.
