I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY WOMEN FIGHT FOR EQUAL RIGHTS , YET BELIEVE THAT IT IS ONLY THE WOMEN RIGHT TO DECIDE TO BRING A CHILD INTO THE WORLD AND THE MAN IS FORCED TO SUPPORT THAT CHILD .  DON'T GET ME WRONG IF A WOMAN MARRY A MAN HAVE HIS CHILD AND THAT MAN LEAVES BY ALL MEANS HE SHOULD CONTINUE WITH THE SUPPORT OF THAT CHILD ! IF A MAN AND WOMAN DECIDE TO HAVE A CHILD TOGETHER AND DON'T CHOOSE TO BECOME HUSBAND AND WIFE AND THAT MAN CHOOSES TO LEAVE BY ALL MEANS HE SHOULD PAY CHILD SUPPORT . OR IF THE WOMAN LEAVES SHE SHOULD PAY CHILD SUPPORT IN EITHER CASE !  BUT IF A MAN MEETS A WOMAN IN THE BAR GET DRUNK AND HAVE A ONE NIGHT STAND , THE CONDOM BREAKS AND A WOMAN GETS PREGNANT SHOULDN'T THEY BOTH HAVE TO MAKE THE CHOICE AND OR HAVE RIGHTS  ABOUT THAT CHILD BEING BORN ? EVEN IF THEY ARE IN A RELATIONSHIP AND THE CHILD IS NOT PLANNED SHOULDN'T  THE MEN AND WOMEN HAVE RIGHTS OR A CHOICE AS TO THE BIRTH OF A CHILD ? YES IT'S THE WOMANS BODY , BUT IT'S THE MANS MONEY THAT HE EARN WITH HIS BODY . SO SHOULDN'T HE HAVE A SAY ?  SOME WOMEN USE CHILDREN AS ATM'S , THEY DON'T GIVE BIRTH BECAUSE OF THE LOVE THEY WANT TO GIVE THE CHILD , BUT FOR THE MONEY THEY CAN RECIEVE !  I BELIEVE IF CHILD SUPPORT LAWS ARE CHANGED THEIR WILL BE LESS FATHERLESS AND MOTHERLESS CHILDREN IN THE WORLD . IF YOUR NOT RESPONSIBLE AS A WOMAN YOUR NOT A WOMAN YOUR A GIRL WHO PUT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR CHILD ON OTHERS !  NOW DON'T GET ME WRONG , WOMEN SHOULD HAVE RIGHTS BY ALL MEANS .  BUT IF WE WANT EQUAL RIGHTS THEY MUST BE JUST THAT  EQUAL !  AND IF A MAN TELLS A WOMAN THAT HE DO NOT  WANT TO BRING A CHILD INTO THIS WORLD HE SHOULD HAVE THAT RIGHT OR CHOICE OR AT LEAST HE SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUPPORT THE CHILD OR NOT ! ME MYSELF I JUST DON'T BELIEVE THAT A WOMAN IS EQUAL TO A MAN . GOD MADE MAN FIRST IN HIS IMAGE THEN MADE A WOMAN FROM MAN !  IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE THIS THAT'S YOUR RIGHT , BUT IF YOU ASK FOR THINGS TO BE EQUAL MAKE SURE THEY ARE !

Let me get this right, If a woman is raped, gets pregnant, the rapist can have a say whether the baby is brought into this world or not? Let's say you make the choice to lie down with someone, you accidently get pregnant, your willing to allow a man to have partial say over your body? WOW!!!!
The problem with your view is that it is "after the fact" thinking. Equality can not be a patch work of "band-aid" type treatment to set the foundation for equality between the sexes.
Equality begins with personal choices made before one chooses to have sex and risk pregnancy. Sex has consequences, pregnancy is one of them. Both parties should know the beliefs of their partner before bedding one another. To do so otherwise is to play Russian roulette. There is no such thing as fatherless children. There is such a thing as careless, self absorbed, ingnorant, live for the moment, irresponsible people who rut like pigs without regard for their actions. Unfortunately, the children have to live with these people, and the taxpayers have to subsidise.

I AGREE WITH YOU ABOUT PERSONAL CHOICES YOU SAID THE SAME THING BUT WITH DIFFERENT WORDS . FOR THE RAPE PART , RAPE IS A CRIME ! I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT A CRIME BEING COMMITTED UPON THE WOMAN , I AM TALKING ABOUT TWO ADULTS AGREEING TO HAVE SEX AND ARE WELL AWARE OF PREGNACY , SEXUAL DISEASES , AND SO ON ! THIS CAN BE USED AS HELPFUL TIPS TO TEACH GIRLS HOW TO BECOME WOMEN . THE GROUP THAT I WAS INVOLVED IN TUESDAY HAD THIS QUESTION ON THE AGENDA . IF WOMEN WANT EQUAL RIGHTS AS MEN , WHY IS IT THE WOMANS CHOICE ABOUT THE BIRTH , ABORTION , OR ADOPTION OF A CHILD WHEN SHE BECOMES PREGNANT. THE QUESTION WAS ABOUT NORMAL GOOD MEN , NOT A SICK CRAZY RAPIST . WHAT WOMAN IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD , YOU KNOW WHAT I AM NOT EVEN GONNA FINISH THAT THOUGHT . I GOT MY ANSWER AS I WAS ABOUT TO ASK THE QUESTION ! ALSO YOU LET A MAN HAVE PARTIAL SAY OVER YOUR BODY EVERY TIME YOU HAVE SEX WITH HIM , ALL WOMAN KNOW THIS . AND IF YOU THINK A WOMAN ONLY SHOULD HAVE EQUAL RIGHTS , THAT MEANS EXACTLY THAT EQUAL . THEN WHY WOULDN'T THE MAN HAVE A SAY ABOUT WHAT A WOMAN CAN DO WITH HER BODY WHEN IT COMES TO A CHILD THAT INVOLVES HIM , BUT SHE HAS A SAY ABOUT WHAT THAT MAN SHOULD DO WITH HIS BODY . IF THAT MAN HAS TO WORK EXTRA HOURS OR GET A SECOND JOB , THAT'S HIS BODY ! RIGHT ! SO IF YOU WANT EQUALITY IT HAS TO BE FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN . NOT GREATER THAN > OR LESSER THAN < . MOTHER OR BOTH TO LOVE , TEACH , OR GUIDE THEM ! UNFORTUNATELY THE CHILDREN DON'T LIVE WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE ABSENT , AND OTHERS BECOME RESPONSIBLE . SO THE QUESTION IS STILL IS CHILD SUPPORT GOOD OR BAD ? ARE IRRESPONSIBLE WOMEN USING CHILD SUPPORT AS THEIR MEAL TICKET , YET NOT SUPPORTING THE CHILD ? AND SHOULD CHILD SUPPORT LAWS BE CHANGED OR ADJUSTED OR HAVE AD ONS TO ALLOW RESPONSIBILITY OR EQUALITY TO MEN AND WOMEN . AND TO ALLOW THE CHILD TO HAVE A BETTER START WITH TWO RESPONSIBLE ADULTS CHOOSING TO BRING OR NOT BRING A CHILD INTO THE WORLD , AND AGREE TO THE SUPPORT OF THE CHILD ! My point being, you can't have one set of rules for accidental pregnancies, and one set of rules for pregnancies as a result of a crime.
Same for a abortion, it's either legal or it's not, there are no "we'll maybe it's ok in this case".
Part of the reason women percieve that they don't have equal rights is that some women choose to stay at home after having a baby. That's a choice and yes, it holds back careers. If you hold a career more important than a baby, perhaps parenting is not for you.
Following that thought, a woman should never ever give up any rights to her body.
Consensual sex is exactly what it means, two people giving of their own bodies equally, not "just the woman giving".
Secondly, all of the questions you bring up can be resolved by two ration adult making personal choices about their moral beliefs before sex occurs . If those beliefs are not in synch, a woman has a choice to raise the child alone. It's just the world we live in. In any event, all of these question could/should be answered prior to bedding someone, otherwise, one ends up in the murky waters of trying to resolve these issues when their behind the 8 ball. Smart choices prior to having sex will resolve all of these issues. Yet people continue to be careless.

AND I TOTALLY AGREE WITH EVERYTHING EXCEPT , THEIR SHOULD BE DIFFERENT RULES FOR DIFFERENT CASES ! BECAUSE SOME WOMEN ARE JUST NASTY WHEN IT COMES TO THE BIRTH OF A CHILD ! WHAT ABOUT PROFESSIONAL MEN OR SPORT FIGURE MEN OR BUS DRIVING MEN OR FACTORY WORKING MEN OR DRUG DEALING MEN OR WHATEVER KIND OF MAN THAT IS TRAPPED INTO PREGNACY BY EVIL SNEAKY SNAKEY WOMEN THAT WILL PUNCH A HOLE IN A CONDOM ! YOU WOULD BE AMAZED AT SOME OF THE CONVERSATIONS I'VE HEARD WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC FOR 15 YEARS ! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN THAT YOUR MIND IS SO CLOSED ? YOU DID SAY THAT YOU WEREN'T BLIND DIDN'T YOU ?

i've already addressed thae "equality" part in your other blog on pretty much the same topic, however, you bring up a good question in your response to "movealready"....are women using child support monies for things other than the childs welfare? i'm sure they are on some level or another, i think i have a solution for that problem..."debit cards"...the courts forward support payments into a debit account, the "custodial parent" then uses that card for purchases, a record is kept of all transactions pertaining to that money and shared with the non-custodial parent and any questionable purchases (adult clothes, trips, bar tabs,etc.)can then be challenged in family court.

Look up the legal definition of an illegitamite child. The law says that it is a child born to a whore or prostitue etc., yet they make the man responsible for taking care of a child because the woman was also irresponsible. On top of that, noone has custody of their children in this country unless they go to court and obtain custody. Until then, the state has control of them, so the state should be responsible for them. When we are born and recieve a birth certificate, the country gets a million dollar loan from the federal reserve bank. We are nothing but cattle to the government. We all need to wake up, we are slaves.

you take chances on a condom breaking and so on,WHAT I DON'T AGREE ON IS THE $25.00 FEE I HAVE TO PAY BECAUSE I HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER MAN (THE JUDGE)MAKE MY CHILDRENS FATHER BE RESPONSIBLE AND PAY SUPPORT FOR HIS CHILDREN, HE SHOULD BE PAYING THE FEE..
