Who delegates the Presidential debates?

Not you. Not me.

The confirmation of authority directly involves the media.

Where is your camera Presidential Paparazzi?

Your debate is chosen for you, thus the outcome of the Presidential Election.

It's a good thing Brittany Spears isn't running, as she would garner all votes.

Ok, maybe that's not fair.

Perhaps Oprah.

A Reverend Fred Phelps of the Westboro Baptist Church in Kansas is involved in promoting and dispensing slander of anti-gay prophecies against Iraqi and Afghanistan soldiers of war burial funerals in the United States. President Bush has signed the 'Respect for America's Fallen Heroes Act', which would bar protests at national cemeteries for one hour before and after a funeral. Albert Snyder of York, Pa, has sued the Reverend Fred Phelps and his Topeka, Kansas based church after church members demonstrated at the funeral of Lance Cpl. Matthew Snyder, and posted pictures of the protest on their Web site. Snyder was killed in March. Snyder's lawsuit, filed June 5, alleged church members violated the family's right to privacy and defamed the marine and his family at the funeral and on the church's Web site. Sean Summers, an attorney for Snyder, says that unlike a rally in a park, where First Amendment speech is protected, funeralgoers were a "captive audience," forced to listen and see the protest.

First Amendment issues are arbitrary unto the clause of a personal assault. You may have the right to express your 'Freedom of Speech' clause yet, if it construes the premise of intent of physiological harm unto an individual with intention of direct harm, it is expressed in the civil content of a tort, and thereby allocated into a legal infraction. Especially when, it is contrived into an essence of a personal issue, such as a personal family burial. This specific issue supersedes the Constitutional nominally of a citizens general freedom of privacy.

Ludicrous 'religious' doctrines are and should be then possibly considered a hate crime in itself, and those that have been affected by such essences should follow suit and follow the legal sources and promotions of Defamation to inherit monetary supplements provided by the defendant.

In reference to the Federal Government attempting to control the vending machine nutritional status in public schools;

First of all, obesity is a pandemic in this country, and the levels are on the rise. This stems from processed foods, sugars and fats, and also high concentrations of preservatives as we all should know by now. We also should all know by now that medical insurance expenses have skyrocketed due to obesity related illnesses. The question is, should the government be mandating what is a 'free liberty' of personal decision. Let's try an association. The personal choices and liberties of smokers have been mandated by the government in much the same way, except for one major and essential point. Taxes. If a pack of Twinkies had a dollar and a half surcharge allocated to medical insurances such as Medicare, then I think it would be allowable by the government to control such personal consumptions. I mean, fair is fair. People whine and complain about smokers and their disgusting habits, but remember this; smokers contribute a considerable amount of money into our public medical system regardless of the disease or ailment which, includes obesity ailments. So, if people choose to choke themselves on a box of lard sponges and curse a smoker, that is their person decision and 'free right'. Just make sure they've paid their taxes to do so.
