Good Morning,

 

CJ is almost 3 weeks old and things at home get crazier by the day. I'm typing this blog with one hand while I'm feeding the baby.  John is getting Cassidy in her jammies  and cooking dinner. The one important thing we are learning how to do is multitask.  One baby is a lot of work .. two very difficult. I have a whole new respect for all parents out there juggling work and children. I can't imagine what it is going to be like when  CJ starts walking. No complaints here...  John and I have been waiting years for this and welcome the challenge:)

 This week was nuts! Our hot water heater leaked and soaked our new carpet in the  basement .. our phone has been out for three days .. but by the end of the day John and I can always look at each other and smile as Cassidy pulls another trick out of her hat.  She is the sweetest little girl and loves to put on a show with a big smile. It's amazing how a child's love can melt away all your worries.

Hang in there! It gets much easier! It's worth every bit of the struggle! You will be fine! I can tell you are great parents!

Just saw the pictures on the Morning Show .. you have two absolutely beautiful children, Tracy and John! You have every right to be so very proud of them.

Things will get into a routine and you will start feeling better soon, just hang in there a while longer. You have such beautiful children (almost as beautiful as mine...lol)! Cherish every moment because they grow fast. Tell John he is not the only one that has had that experience mine happened right after we came home from the hospital!!! You have to laugh because you aren't used to it going up after a girl.

OMG Tracy, your kids are so darn cute! Gotta love them. I notice Cassidy doesn't have many teeth yet. lol! My Stevie had a mouth full by 1 but my daughter Taylor didn't have any till after she turned 1. So funny how different they all are!

Believe me, you'll get use to your routine in no time, it's still pretty new.

BEATIFUL family, keep the pictures coming!

One more thing... I jsut viewed the pics in the "CJ alomst 3 weeks" album and they are so adorable! The two of you make beautiful children!! Cassidy's name just fits her to a tee! And those eyes she has! They are just beautiful! Women pay for long eyelashes like hers!!! Just beautiful!!! In my opinoin I think C.J. looks like her. I'm curious to know if you see the same!! Thanks for sharing! I enjoy looking! The nursery is adorable too!!!

WOW! What a difference 3 weeks makes! HA! You and John "done good". You have picture perfect children. You are VERY blessed! So glad to hear you are coming back after the holidays! We all miss you, and yes, love you all. Your blogs make us all feel we are a part of your (tv) family. Thanks for sharing! Try to get some sleep and remember,
no matter what "little" things go wrong, however frustrating they may be, you and John are blessed! Can't wait to see more photos. Take care of you, too!

tracey and john I just viewed the newest photos of cassidy and c.j. they are so cute, that little guy in his browns outfiy,and his big sister sitting beside him,how cute,,,

About Me: I was born and raised in Copley Township. I get up at 2 a.m. every morning and I hit the road while most people are still sleeping. This is the second time I have worked at Fox 8 News. I started here as an intern in the mid 90's while attending Kent State University. I basically started at the bottom and worked my way up. My first job at Fox 8 was ripping scripts for the Ten o'clock news and running the teleprompter for Tim Taylor and Wilma Smith. By the time I left Fox 8 for the first time I was producing the 8 a.m. morning newscast. I left for a short period of time to work on my skills as a reporter. I worked for a year and a half in Erie, Pennsylvania and spent time in Columbus before coming back to Fox 8. In 2000, Fox 8 hired me to launch Studio 8 at Summit Mall. Today, I am the morning co-anchor along side Wayne Dawson for Fox 8 News in the Morning from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. I love the fact people start their day with us. When I am out and about and I meet a viewer they always make me feel like I am part of their family. My work hours are great for raising two young children. I enjoy every minute I have with my husband, Cassidy and baby CJ. Oh, I can't forget our two big dogs Sam and Nikko.
