Do you think that assult rifles should be legal? These guns should only be in the hands of the Military and the Police- That's it! Why  is this a constant question? That these weapons of destruction should be available to any civillian?

Why is the race card always being used? Because it can and the card is in play- This card will always remain in play, in any race- It has nothing to do with being "Black" so let's get that straight from the door, before leaping in...

Why can't the Police do more?  Because they are not given enough resources to protect and serve or do the job they love! Blame the greedy sob's in office- Why pay taxes when it's only going in the "fat Cat's" pocket? it's not going to the police? Or to the most vital areas of the City that can most definately benefit, like say, hiring more Police Officers?

Do you think that assult rifles should be legal?

Yes... I think we should however limit them to those who go to local militia meetings at least once a month. I think we would do well in this country to introduce a wide ranging integrated local militia and have safe houses for those witnesses from high crime areas

Why is the race card always being used?

Because inequities still exist along racial lines. I myself was put in jail once for being a credible black witness to police brutality. While I don't think race was the core of my situation it was definately part of it. The real card at play was the job securitiy cover your buddy cop card.

Why can't the Police do more?

That is a blog in itself inninit? Time to revamp the old guard and bring in new command structures not answerable to city politic. I'd love to see a police enlistments and watch a city changed so that in the end you have less and not more police. It can be done.

A Temple University security guard was in a volatile 3-year relationship with a man accused of opening fire on her guard booth Wednesday morning. The stray bullets hit a bystander who remains in critical condition.

And no card is in play when a Police Officer is killed at random! Anyone for that matter...

we have the right to bear arms for a reason. Luckily, this country hasn't been invaded in over 200 years ... but if it ever is .. those invading it will be met by the civilians with assault weapons. Banning them will never, let me repeat, NEVER stop those who shouldn't have weapons obtaining them. It will only stop the law abiding citizen from aquiring them. The problem is the THUG not the gun ... they will have the gun regardless of any law that is passed. Mandatory DEATH penalty ... and quick sentencing especially for those caught in the act...and publically televise it.

People forgot how to bear arms and how to use them! No one will be invading this Country- Be more realistic- 200 years ago sure, today, absolutely not...

this country was very close to being invaded during WWII. ... and it's the absolutely not attitude that will leave you wide open. Why do you think we had such a hard time in Vietnam? BECAUSE THE CIVILIANS WERE ARMED. We wasn't just fighting a military army. ...and you underestimate Americans ..if it's one thing we know ... it's how to bear arms...and especially how to use them

If we got rid of the criminal element that traffics in illegal guns and gave the police the tools they needed this would not even be a question. We should be able to legally purchase whatever gun we want.

We haven't been invaded in 200 years? Forget 911 already?
