Illegal Alien Mexican Drug Dealer Set Free After Murdering Border Patrol Agent With Vehicle!!!

Officials are outraged after a Mexican judge released a Mexican national who allegedly struck and killed a U.S. Border Patrol agent with his vehicle.

Jesus Navarro Montes was accused of intentionally killing Agent Luis Aguilar Jan. 19 near the Imperial Sand Dunes in Imperial County, Calif., the Los Angeles Times reported. Aguilar was attempting to stop two Mexican vehicles from entering the country illegally. As he positioned a strip of tire spikes into the road, Montes allegedly rammed his vehicle into the agent and killed him.

Now a Mexican judge has released Montes without restrictions.

Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said he was shocked at the Mexican judge's decision to free Montes.

"We are working with a determined Mexican government and our Department of Justice to seek swift justice for the Aguilar murder," Chertoff said in a statement. "We have also assured Agent Aguilar's family that every resource is being called upon in the relentless pursuit of justice."

Chertoff had previously applauded Mexico's support in finding Aguilar's murderer, and he referenced the agent's slaying as an illustration of increasing violence along the U.S.-Mexico border.

However, Montes was arrested in northern Mexico three days following Aguilar's murder, where he awaited a trial on charges of immigrant smuggling. He was later set free, and the details of his prison release were unclear, the Los Angeles Times reported.


The president of the National Border Patrol Council, T.J. Bonner, told newspaper he couldn't understand how Montes could be released after he allegedly killed a border patrol agent in cold blood.

"How can a guy who murdered one of our law enforcement agents just be released like that?" Bonner asked. "He could be anywhere by now."

Officials at Mexico's federal attorney general's office and Public Safety Department said they believe Montes drove from Mexicali in Baja California toward the U.S. border in a Hummer loaded with drugs prior to striking the agent with his vehicle.

According to the report, U.S. Border Patrol agents saw the vehicles illegally enter the country on Interstate 8, so they attempted to apprehend the suspects. After Aguilar was killed, Montes drove back to Mexicali and gave the Hummer to one of his friends.

According to the report, Mexican government spokesman Ricardo Alday said, "The United States, to this date, has presented neither a provisional order of arrest for Mr. Navarro Montes nor a formal extradition request."

Chertoff just won a case in court against dozens of environmentalist groups that give him ABSOLUTE POWER to finish the fence. Never in U.S. history has one man had such power to change a nation's future. Yet he sits on his hands and pretends to be outrages by this injustice.

Bush has the power to use sanctions against the Mexican government and pardon Ramos and Campeon, yet he enjoys his last days in the Whitehouse while they rot in a federal pen.

No word from Obama on this. No word from McCain. And for the most part, no word from the press.

NOTHING can get in the way of their combined plans of a North American Union.

The only thing that possessed that judge was the drug cartel that bought him, the Mexican Army, police and government off. And now they've obviously gotten to a number of our own politicians. Now they want your right to possess a weapon of self protection to be taken away when millions of violent criminals are invading the nation. This country is nearing its end.

This was right about the time when Al Gore was inventing the internet. Didn't get as much publicity as Global Warming because the web wasn't available to the public yet, but good ol' Al changed all that.

Sadly, The illegal aliens issue doesn't generate much response at myfoxphilly. I come to myfox sites like LA, DFW, and Phoenix to try and get a feel about how bad the problem really is. I have a cyber friend from DFW who has told me a few things about illegals, she even penned a blog a couple of month ago that generated some good debate at myfoxPhilly, but, that's about it.

Right now It's just not a big issue in our tri-state area. I'm sure it will be when the problem starts to hit closer to home.

I'm a proud American patriot who doesn't like unwelcome criminals from south of the border breaking into my house and illegally stealing my property.


I've done two tours of duty to protect the land I love and now I'm sworn to the mission of protecting our borders from foreign criminals and terrorists who choose to use my land as their toilet. I will do everything humanly possible to make sure illegals are never given amnesty for the crimes they've committed.


You want citizenship? Move to the back of the line just like my grandfather did. Then learn English FLUENTLY and get a skill so that you can contribute something to this great land. Mowing lawns and selling oranges on the freeway doesn't qualify, nor does selling drugs or prostituting yourself.


Come here legally, we'll welcome you with open arms. Otherwise America will treat you like the criminal scum that you are! If you're an illegal, don't say I didn't warn you because despite what Bush has told you, your life is about to become a living hell. Electrify the fence!
