"Summer is a promissory note signed in June, its long days spent and gone before you know it, and due to be repaid next January."
-Hal Borland
Let's enjoy a close-to-perfect summer day while it's here.
The cold front swept throught last night, with the predicted thunderstorms....now the drier air is moving in to make it a bit more comfy this afternoon with plenty of sunshine.
Lucky you, if you're headed to the Phillies game. You've got a great day for the businesspersons special.
Fortunate you are, if you have the time to attend the first day of the WXPN XPoNential Music Festival in Camden this afternoon. There's plenty of sunshine in store, and it won't be too humid.
Just don't forget the sunscreen!
Humidity returns in time for the weekend, so enjoy today and tomorrow while they're here.
