Let's face it, it seems that over on A/I the judges are really pushing for Archuleta. I like the little guy he is very talented.

I think Syesha is in there simply because she is female and they had to have at least one female.

My choice is David Cook!!!!He plays this game quite well. He sings each and every song with that "cookiness" required to wow the judges. Go to YOUTUBE and watch him do Music of the Night. You will melt over his voice and blush at how cute he is.

Just my opinion.

Let's all vote for David Cook!!!!!

We all want to get the flowers or the candy or the macaroni picture from our children on Sunday but please this holiday is making me crazy.

The florist are making a fortune, the candy manufacturers are "momming" everything from the wrapping on the box to the tight little letters on the chocolate covered cherries.

It is a nice holiday for mom but don't make your mother cook!!!! When my mom was alive everyone would come to her house and she would cook for us.  That just never made sense to me.

So........if you are doing Mother's Day, get your mom something she would like.  Don't get her flowers or candy.  Get her a day at the Spa or a gift card and she can get what she wants instead of a stupid floral blouse that she will never wear.

Better yet spend some time with your Mother.  We have them for such a short time that the most special gift is the gift of time.  Hang out with your Mom !!!!

To all the mom's out there "Happy Mother's Day!"

I like Barbara Walters but I'm getting a bit sick of her and that book "Audition."  Every time I have turned around this week she was on hawking this damn thing.

Barbara is like 78 years old.  So she had sex with a black man 30 years ago.  She was like 48 then.  OOOOOoooooooohhhhhhhhhh

More importantly, Who cares?

I do look forward to feedback on this one!!!!

When all the balloons, cards and candles have been taken down and we have all long forgotten that another Philadelphia Police Officer was killed violently, we should do something permanent to remember our fallen heroes.

I think a plaque like the one that was placed near Pat's Pub up on Castor Avenue commemorating the death of Officer Gary Skerski is an excellent practice.

I also think it would be great if we had an annual "Policeman's Picnic Ball." For a fee, there would be a fun filled day for families and the proceeds could be turned over to those families who lost their loved one while they were on duty trying to protect the rest of us.

Maybe Penn's Landing could set up a few amusement rides and circus games and make in a real old fashioned picnic. Top it off with fire works and make it a celebration.

Just an idea and I would love to hear back from everyone.

Love & Peace
