Perhaps a memory quilt would work!

Thats a great idea, but I procrastinated, and only have 9 days.

I was gonna say a family type video of the past years, but with only 9 days, how about a couple of picture boards for people to view.

Collages of pictures on poster boards would be great! I had that at my 25th wedding anniversary when I renewed vows with my husband. We had some pretty old and embarrassing pictures on those boards. I can't believe I wore my hair like that!

A friend of mine's family took some pictures of different family times through out the years and transferred them on to iron on paper and then ironed them onto a quilt. I thought that was pretty nice, and then she could hang it up.

I have also been to an 50th b-day party where family members were asked to write down a special memory of that person. The memory you wrote, along with the picture (if you had one) were all put up on a designated wall in their recroom. You could also make it into a book.

Or, take the next 8 days, and make a video of yourself telling her all of your favorite memories of her. Kinda like a personalized custom birthday card.

So many people don't take the time to tell loved ones EXACTLY how they feel and then, after they pass away, it is too late. So, I say, tell her how you feel. That is the best gift you can give anyone.

I wish I would have thought of it before my grandma passed away. I thought she would be around forever. Now she'll never know just how much she meant to me.

I am a 38 year old divorced father who will be re-married in June 07. I could be called very conservative in my political views. I love the Packers, Brewers, Badgers, UWM hoops. If I could be rich and not work, I would be working for a political campaign, open a Microbrew Pub and golfing. I am openly supporting Fred Thompson for President in 2008. I listen to all types of music, and a closet Dead Head. I am also homebrewing beer. My Brewery is called Par Four Brewing Company. I like to read whenever I can, but I sometimes veg out on reality shows.
