The idiots that come in to the gas station where I work, chatting away on their cell phones, don't say a word to me, just throw a bunch of wadded up bills on the counter, point outside and walk out the door.

Am I supposed to know which car you're driving, what pump you're at and the exact dollar amount in the crumpled pile of bills on the counter?

What do I look like? The Amazing Kreskin?

My mind works like lightning. One brilliant flash and it's gone.

Here's one for the social graces: I am hosting a halloween party for my 4 year old daughter. I invited all the girls in her class. One mom emailed the rsvp and accepted for her daughter (who was invited) and her older brother (who was not.) We are squeezed as it is and I don't have age/gender appropriate activities or favors for him. Rude? Clueless? Yes! What to do?

I hate it when I am out with my children at a public place and the people around us are using really foul language--I am guilty of the occasional curse, I admit, but I try to keep it PG rated when I am around kids--mine or others! How would the Social Graces deal with a filthy mouth in the hearing of youngsters?

I hate it when I am waiting in line and the person behind me keeps moving forward but the line isn't going anywhere--full body contact from a total stranger qualifies as rude--that's my rant!

I've sent some gifts lately, for Christenings and new babies, and after several weeks, still no thank you note. I'd even settle for a thank you email or a quick thank you call. I went out of my way to send these gifts w/ warm thoughts of these people, and well, it just irks me!

When your grocery shopping, the people that leave thier shopping carts in th middle of the aisle, then stand next to it and proceed to read every word printed on the item in their hand. Then when you say "excuse me" or try to squeeze by them, they give you that irritated look.

I'm sick and tired of the people in Philadelphia thinking that turn signals are a option. They're on the car for a reason, not only for the car behind you to know where your going, but the people crossing the street. Also a stop sign means just that STOP!! not slow down before the corner then speed up when you notice no one is there. More cops need to be ticketing these people before they kill or cause serious injury's to everyone around them. If you can't drive correctly then get out from behind the wheel.

would love to see more indepth, realistic and addressable etiquette dilemmas relating to current seasons and or upcoming holidays such as gift giving, party hosting and rsvp exemplary conduct. For instance what are the dos and donts to attend a holiday party that is outside ones own cultural background such as a Christian going to a Hannukah party?

last week my husband and i were pulled over in the parking lot of a rest stop off the gsp for not wearing our seatbelt. the cop was rude and treated us like we were criminals, although we have spotless driving records. the moment we got back on the parkway, people sped past us going well over 100 mph, waeving in and out of traffic. where were the cops then?? they decided to be lazy and prey on people in parking lots over a seatbelt instead of saving people's lives by ticketing speeders. that pisses me off.

People in a restaurant with kids being very loud and rambunctious--when i'm paying for a meal and a babysitter, i don't want to be subjected to someone else's brats. What would the Social Graces do?

Here's another: rude waiters. If i don't know what an item is on the menu, sometimes they are so snooty and act like i am a total idiot for not knowing what annato seeds are or how to pronounce aioli.

I hate it when people are so polite that they let the people in the first rows out first, at movies, on buses and airplanes. Why is the comfort of the earlier rows more important than the people who are stuck in the back forever waiting for their turn? First come, first serve in the aisles!!
