The National Rifle Association and Philadelphia DA Lynne Abraham are on the same side of the Philly gun law controversy - for different reasons.
Both want the recent actions championed by Mayor Nutter overturned as unconstitutional.
Nutter recently signed into law five new gun control
measures.
The problem is state law prohibits municipalities from doing
that.The legislative package includes bills that limit handgun purchases to
one-a-month and require people to report lost-or-stolen guns
immediately.
